We had a great experience with Focal Service for an old Lexmark dinosaur printer that needed some service and repair. Moses did a great job and showed up when he was scheduled to, was very professional and polite. And the issue was fixed! Would recommend!

I don’t have enough words to express my gratitude for Moses, he is so patience and walked me the through everything step by step, even though I don’t know much about anything when it comes technology, I wasn’t rushed, I was explained about everything that was going on, I just want to thank him and I hope that we have more people like Moses, because honestly our life would be much easier and better when it comes to costumer service and communication skills. Moses, the IT Tech who took care of our office, arrived on time and was very professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it within minutes. He was also very patient and helpful, explaining everything he was doing in a clear and concise way. I was very impressed with his knowledge and skills. Focal Service LLC has been nothing short of exceptional in their service to us over the past three years. I highly recommend them!

FOCAL is the BEST copier service provider out there. No one else even compares. Our company has used many other copier service providers in our 10 years of operations. From the first time Moses serviced our printer, I knew Focal/Moses would be our go to copier service company.FOCAL (Moses & Katie) are quick to respond, have excellent communication and fix our printer issues very quickly. We are extremely thankful we found them!

Awesome service and great prices. My Technician was very patient in explaining the issue and what it would take to resolve the problem. The customer service rep was very helpful in her following up with parts being order and when to schedule my appointment to complete the job. Needless to say my Printer is working like new. Grateful for the service FOCAL COPIER SERVICES provides. Always professional and exceptionally knowledgable. Older copiers are like used cars, you have to make sure you have the right mechanic taking care of it or you can be taken advantage of. My technician has been a fantastic in getting my used machine up and running.
