“Hello, my name is Roger Perez. I am extremely I mean there’s no words that can tell you how happy I am as a customer. I had a little situation yesterday I went ahead and order a dozen roses for a friend of mine in downers Grove and I gave them the address to deliver the roses to a friend of mine. The roses never showed upand I end up waiting till next day to call and complain so the next day I called them and I tell them that the roses never showed up to the address factory I stated to them how can it be a factory so I told him the address again they looked it up and said are you sure this comes back to a factory? I turned around and seen that my friend sent me a Google location when I picked up a couple days ago and I went ahead and looked at it and I felt so shame. I gave them the wrong address. Mr. Charlie is the best now what I’ll do respect realistically it was my fault. OK I’m the one that messed up. Mr. Charlie stated don’t worry, Mr. Perez OK we ended up donating the roses that we were taking her yesterday , but that wasn’t the address you gave us we’re gonna go ahead and send her out a new set on us with my mouth open completely wide because I was expecting them to tell me you at least have to pay half of the bill and they said no I mean this doesn’t happen very often but I’ll tell you one thing they got them for 100% customer from today on again, Mr. Charlie, thank you man. You are the best, because if you would’ve told me I had to pay I got $10 in my account and I would’ve been trouble. God bless you guys. Thanks.”

“Super nice owners. I procrastinated to the last minute and needed flowers for my godchild's graduation in a few hours. Found out that they were only a mile away down the road and they were open on a Sunday during the holiday weekend. The woman was so nice to me on the phone and said she could help. I told her the colors of the school and found a reference on their site and she made it absolutely beautiful! She even helped me with the stuffed graduation toy I had and pinned it to the ribbon. My godchild loved the bouquet arrangement. Kind, considerate and caring shop to help you with your flower needs. “I came in at the end of their day and needed a quick arrangement before they closed. Even though they were rushing to finish someone else's arrangement, they generously took my order. Gave them my budget, and free rein over flowers, colors, and style. They asked me to come back about a half-hour later, a few minutes before they closed.
I wasn't sure what they'd come up with on such short notice, with whatever they had left. What I came back to was a beautiful, cohesive arrangement with pinks and purples and just the right amount of greenery, lots of unique flowers and leaves, in a really cute mason jar. It was perfect for what I needed, and especially impressive under the time limitations.
I'll definitely be back...just with more warning next time.”

I spoke with Kitty and her team and was truly blown away by their professionalism and ability to make my big day be what I wanted and more! The pricing was reasonable and I feel like I got so much bang for my buck. The team came in on wedding day and had everything set up perfectly without me even seeing them. They transitioned ceremony items to the reception, again, without even noticing they were doing so. They cleaned up at the end of the night and made the entire process so seamless. They made my vision come to life and then some! I was so overwhelmed with flowers and honestly was the hardest choice for me during the entire wedding process. Petal station was heaven sent and I would highly recommend them for any occasion.”
