Very clean rooms, clean carpet, beautiful tiled bathroom. Shower is modern just as the rest of the room was. Clearly did an amazing job keeping its updated. Housekeeping was polite, got everything we needed. Even the laundry is free which is great. If you’re looking for a place to stay this is it

Absolutely not worth the price. Hotel is old, outdated and in poor condition. Agents are amazingly incompetent. Marriot headquarters is difficult to reach. Don’t waste your money here, plenty of options in Burr Ridge.
1. Called front desk and changed reservation to one night from two. Upon checking in I was told it was still two nights.
2. Desk agent promised to send email when my Bonvoy number was added, never did.
3. Agent told me they would check me out and send bill by email, never did.
4. Received a charge for $389 on my credit card even though I had already paid through Priceline.
5. Nearly impossible to get an agent by phone.

Nice modern hotel and rooms. Excellent amd friendly service--had a mechanical issue in room upon checking in. Staff immediately found us a new room despite it being a very full and busy weekend. Great location right off the highway in an upscale area. High end retail mall and plenty of food options nearby.

I was disappointed by this Marriott. The rooms smelled musty and faintly of cigarette smoke. The hotel bar is not much of a bar and the bar tender at the time seemed super annoyed by me ordering drinks. I also left a really nice sweater in the closet (I am 100% positive it is in there), and when I called to see if house keeping found it they said "no sweater was found" which means they just took it. It's such a shame, I hate that if you leave something in a hotel in the U.S. it's gone forever and there is no trust that the staff will find it and return it.
The location is good though. I walked/ran and felt safe and a lot of restaurants around.

We just stayed there for three nights with my husband and three kids and we had stayed there previously but this time was so disappointed with the cleanliness of the rooms and especially the bathroom…we checked in on Wednesday night and the bathroom floor had hair all over it i told the housekeeper in the morning and when we came back there was still alot of hair…and for 5 people in the room they only had one roll of toilet paper they usually have one open one and one closed but this time they just had one opened one and it barley had any on it

Overall this is a beautiful property. I had a early flight into Chicago Midway International Airport with the Uber costing $25 to and fromt the airport and the Front Desk Agent attending to me upon arrival was willing to check me in around 11am. She was extremely friendly and answered all questions with a smile about the Greater Chicago Area. The facility is secure with key card access to gain access to the hotel room floors. Upon stepping off the elevator, I noticed that the hallway carpet was not vacuumed and never was over the course of the 3 nights I stayed on property. My room was beautiful and spacious and quiet. Even though I was next to the elevator and ice room, I never heard noise from either. My first time I took a shower, I noticed the water was not draining and the front desk had someone up right away and never had issues the rest of my stay with the shower. My biggest concern with this property would come on day two. I locked myself out of my room and went to the front desk to get a new key. The front desk agent, a different female from check-in asked for the room number, but never asked for ID, name or any information that would have proven I was the guest staying in this room. This is a safety issue but I think it was overlooked as the front desk was very busy at this time but also something that cannot be overlooked. Laundry facilities are on the ground level and free to use to guest. You just need to provide the detergent which you can get in the pantry next to the front desk. You will need your room key to gain access to the laundry facility, pool and gym. All these facilities were very clean. While staying on property, I did use the bar one evening. The bartender was very pleasant and great with engaging with the guests. I orders ribs while at the bar and the food came out quick and was a great plate presentation and very tasteful. Pricing was average for a hotel. Last but not least, I was at this property for a conference and used the hotel meeting space. The hotel has multiple meeting facilities beautiful designed and with a modern look. Would love host events at this property again.
For anyone that is looking for a safe, clean area to stay within walking distance to food and shops, this is the place. Right around the corner is the downtown coradore to the Village of Burr Ridge. Beautifully designed downtown area with a vary viberant upbeat feel for all ages. You will also feel very safe walking around here and no need to drive to it. Uber to downtown was on average $35-$70 based on time of day. I would definitely stay at this property again. We'll worth it.
Rooms: Room was spacious with a clean modern look. Bed was super comfortable and soft including feather pillows.
Nearby activities: Shops and restaurants around the corner with a outdoor outlet vibe. Walking to it is about 5-10 minutes based on how fast you walk
Safety: Extremely safe feeling when walking both day and night time.
Walkability: Sidewalks are available, and clear to take you to the little village center around the corner from the hotel.
Food and drinks: The hotel offers a restaurant and bar on site with a well throughout menu and reasonable pricing for a hotel. Not cheap but not expensive either. If you don't like the selection on property there are many different food and drink options within walking distance of the hotel.
