manager Kevin refused to open a business checking account with no reason (just because he didn’t like me i guess ) such a stupid situation. another manager in another location did it ?

The staff are so inefficient that they do not help the Clients because they do not do their job properly, they waste your time as if you were taking over the time of them who are just sitting there being stupid???
