They service at the burr ridge location is absolutely top notch! Always super friendly with great vibes everytime you walk thru the door. Everyone knows your name and always has a smiling face, they make every transaction as smooth as possible. I personally go out of my way to go see my ladies at this location over the homer glen location
10/10 would recommend ??????

I am a customer of this bank along with my husband. I went to bank to get funds. I wrote a check for cash and presented my ID. In the teller hands, she ask me " are you a customer of ours" the check in your hand has my name on it printed on a Busey check and you have my ID. What kind of question is that???? I called that I'm not sure if we service your kind!!! That's how I felt!

The two women that helped me were literally the nicest tellers I've ever met. The bank itself is immaculate! It has a gorgeous interior. I live 30 minutes from the closest location & 100% would be worth the trip because it's so pleasant.

Best bank in western suburbs with the top bankers at the Burr Ridge Location. Never have to state my last name even when I call! They are very personable and treat you like family! Highly recommend all the ladies...Maggie,Rhonda, & Katie whoever you work with they will take care of you!! Collette is a top notch manager!!!
