I’ve brought my vehicle here twice to get repairs done and both times I have Been completely satisfied. They do a fantastic job at what they do here and I highly recommend people to check them out if you need repairs they’re honest they do really good work. They update you through the repairs and they do work within the time frames that they quote why would you do whatever they’re getting paid it ain’t enough they will continue to have my business if and whenever I need repairs

From the moment I contacted them, their communication was exceptional. They kept me informed every step of the way, ensuring I knew exactly what was happening with my car.Not only did they excel in communication, but their efficiency was also impressive. They worked diligently and swiftly to complete the repairs in a timely manner, which I greatly appreciated. Despite the quick turnaround, the quality of their work was outstanding. Took my car to Burr Ridge Car Care Center. Josh and the guys at the shop did a fantastic job making the necessary repairs to my vehicle, and restored it to its original state, just as it was the day I drove it off the dealership lot. I am very impressed and pleased by the work performed on my Toyota Corolla. I would strongly recommend this repair shop to ANYBODY needing body work done to their vehicle or mechanical work. These guys are awesome and very professional in the way they deal with customers and the repairs needed on their vehicles. The staff are all friendly and very accommodating. Everytime I look at my car I am in complete awe and shocked that these guys were able to restore my car to its original state pre accident. I would give Burr Ridge Car Care more than 5 stars if I could! The front of my car was severely damaged after hitting a deer and they seamlessly repaired everything. They kept me updated with the process and explained everything to me. When it came time to pick up my car, they had even cleaned the interior and exterior! A pleasure to work with. So appreciative of their services!

Horrible service and overpriced. I came in to replace a tire...one tire and they charged me about $330.Other tire shops will charge you that for 2 tires. Car care is body and auto shop. It wasnt body work. it was just a tire. I can only image how much a body repair would cost. and funny that the owner challenged me and claim I never went there. The date was 9/21/2020. I was charged exactly $331.16 for ONE tire. I have bank statements to prove it. The guy at the counter seemed upset that I mentioned how expensive one tire is. I can believe that residents of burr ridge can afford that but regular people? come on man.

Brought car in for repairs after damage from tornado debris. They provided excellent communication and customer service throughout the entire process. Estimates on the amount of service time and work needed were clearly articulated and accurate. Also a MetLife affiliated shop which made insurance processing seamless. Overall I highly recommend BRCCBS to anyone in the area requiring body work.Services: Painting
