Very terrible care! Found a huge sore on my loved one's hip! Could see bone! Staff is uncaring and indifferent. Our loved one is not able to self-feed, so the food just sits on their tray. The same stains that are on the cafeteria tables in the morning, are the same ones that are there at night. Stay away!!

Front desk staff needs to acknowledge visitors when they arrive, instead of rolling their eyes because they're too busy with their nose in their phone to be bothered with a question.

Dimensions did everything they could do to make it possible for my mom to attend my daughter's wedding while recovering from a short illness. The staff there is so lovely and caring.
