I am a nurse that cares for the elderly in their homes and needed to find devices for those that I care for. I did find things on Amazon but they were so overpriced and I needed to talk to an actual person to find the right products for my clients and I found it here!Not only did the customer service rep steer me away from what wouldn't work, but she asked questions that I hadn't even thought about (sizes/uses/placement) and gave me choices that would fit. I even had them come out and set up a bed, giving instructions to the client on how to use it. Alfredo really went above and beyond!I can't say enough about how many times they have helped me to help my clients be more independent and much happier! They have done such a great job that their friends have asked me for this site so that they too, could benefit from this wonderful company!
