I was told a different price over the phone for starters. I get there I pay the $78 for the night, last minute thing btw. So as I’m signing in vagrants scrambling back and forth past the lobby. At this point after feeling the crowd there i look up and ask if it’s too late to stop payment. Of course it was! I took the L and stayed there. The room was dirty, some kind of juice stains in the floor. Stains on the counter. It seemed to me like no one even cleaned the room prior to me checking in. Some crackheads were parked directly in front of my window most of the night with their high beams on shining through my window. Of course I couldn’t get a hold of front desk at this hour. People were yelling in the hallway and upstairs sounded like a damn marching parade. Sounded like people intentionally stomping on the floor. I woke up feeling like a zombie today therefore I’m leaving this review. This was not worth the stay I think this is what a homeless shelter would feel like.

Only stay for one night our room was clean, the front desk gave us extra towels, I didn’t hear any noise from other guests and the air and heat both work in the room. Bathroom was clean :) usually we stay at the Marriott down the street but this is nice for the

I will say the Beds were clean, HoweverFor the price for one night is crazy when there’s people running up and down the halls all night. The bathroom is dirty with hair all over the place. The shower curtain looks like it hasn’t been changed in a while. The paint is missing on the walls as if someone was scratching at it. The Halls smell terrible. The good thing about this area is that its very convenient.

Pulled up to this place at 3am In morning for the Christmas holiday, after driving a straight 11 hours. To a closed front desk. Definitely didn’t know this before booking the whole day before on their company website. High end hotel but even the worse hotels have 24hour desk service. Choose another hotel ?.

Don't stay here, sketchy area, horrible service, loud, disgusting and has roaches. We choose to leave and find a another hotel when we found the bugs & hair in the bed. We ate the cost because they only took cash. Anyone giving this place a positive review must of been homeless prior to sleeping here where anything is better than a street corner. Worst experience ever....

Very very bad service. The office was closed. You can’t talk with somebody when I ask about the Maneger is not here all the time I don’t recommended this motel never. And dirty and nobody come to clean the room they said if you stay more than 14 days they clean the room this is the first hotel I see it in my life.

DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT CLEANLINESSThis hotel was terribly dirty. I found bed bugs remains throughout the sheets and bed bug eggs. I also found hair on the sheets and decided not to stay here. I asked to see another room, but it was just as dirty.This is a prime example of "you get what you pay for".I did receive a full refund but only after the General Manager was present which happened to be the next morning.

Mattress on beds need changing as well as the pillows. Sink and tubs were stopped up. No tissue or enough towels were in restrooms. Had to ask for things that should have been inside of rooms.Food & drinks: Food was awesome.

Location got a higher rating just because of the proximity to the airport but honesty it’s a bit sketchy.Other than that I can say it was a terrible experience! The room looked dirty and not cleaned properly with hair in the tub and curbs between the sheets! As if that wasn’t bad enough there were dozens of cockroaches! Ranging from the bathroom to the Kitchenette and even the bed!We weren’t looking for a discount or anything like that but we did bring it up with the front desk, they very rudely told us “I don’t know what to tell you we just had an extermination a few days ago” I found it crazy that it wasn’t disclosed during booking !All we wanted was a clean space to sleep before heading to the airport and we were highly disappointed! The fire alarm went off multiple times, and we had to wait until the fire department showed up to manually turn it off. The alarm sound was ear splitting so we had to wait outside in the cold.There were cockroaches in the rooms, including baby ones which means there’s an infestation.The floors were sticky, and all of the linens just seemed old and not properly washed. The comforter was like 20 shades of white and even had white paint on it. Even the white lampshade has stains on it.I can overlook a lot but the fire alarm and cockroaches were just too much.

Holymoly....I can not express enough that this is a very sketchy place and the beds are hard as a rock and a big hole in the bathroom door. There were people above my room running back and fourth all night when I tried the desk there was no answer. This sounds silly but there is no ice machine just empty ice trays in the freezer. We travel for sports and ice is a must.

For starters, Mr Kuber who is the manager is beyond disrespctful and unprofessional. Upon entering my room i was greeted with a very large number of cockroaches. Dont waste your time or money!Rooms: It seemed to grow cockroaches well....Safety: Beyond a health hazard
