Everything from the customer service was exceptional… just really upsetting the vape I purchased didn’t have any favor.. my search may have been n dismayed but for an unsatisfied customer he still kept everything professional I just wish these pens come w a warranty trying to quit smoking… guess my search will have to keep continuing but this is an amazing n professional shop
