Nick and his family are wonderful. I recommend his shop to everyone. He always makes it right. Honest and thorough. I can't say enough good things about him. I've been going there for years with different vehicles. Many repeat customers. Thank you, your family and employees for being there Nick.

Very professional place. They explain things clearly. Answer questions patiently. On time appointments. Honest quality work. They accept Groupons with no attitude as well.
While I was waiting for my car another customer was speaking with the manager about the work needed on her car. It was extensive and expensive. The manager was advising her to NOT have the work done because of the age of the car and the cost of repairs could buy a different used car in better condition. I was refreshing to witness such integrity.
I've already recommended Nick's to everyone I know. Refreshing experience. I'll be a repeat customer myself.

Although I don’t live in Chicago anymore, I called Nick’s, to ask for their help, with diagnosing my Mother’s car. She can’t drive anymore, so she’s giving the vehicle to our oldest Son. First the vehicle needs to pass emissions before she can pass ownership to him.
Nick’s checked out the vehicle and within a few minutes, knew what was needed and it less than $300. The vehicle is performing beautifully! Nick’s has ALWAYS been a great, trustworthy auto shop and NOTHING has changed! Thank you Nick’s, for continuing to help me and my family. We love you from AZ!

Had my engine and transmission replaced by this company and a month later my driveshaft went out causing the transmission to break again. That was five months ago and this company representative just told me they’re putting used parts in my vehicle. If you are smart do not use these people to fix your car, truck or van. I wonder why my engine and transmission costed 15 grand only to find out they’re using used components to rebuild engines and transmission. They’re screwing their customers over.

I came in for a wheel alignment that I purchased through Groupon because I know I have other maintenance that will be due soon. I knew how I was treated with the Groupon would tell me if this was my place. They did not disappoint at all. Very reasonable prices and you don’t feel like you are getting robbed because you are a female. The prices say so too. The best customer service at an auto repair shop that I’ve received in a long time, with kindness. I found my new mechanics. Highly recommend. Good job fellas !

Horrible Wheel Alignment. I bought a wheel alignment package from Groupon and before getting one from them I was advised to buy new tires for my car so I left and did JUST THAT! The people at the tire shop was telling me NOT to mess with nicks that they used to be good but now they are overly priced and does bad service. But I explained to them that I had already brought a Groupon from them and I was going to give them a try since they had over a 4.5 star rating I wanted to see for myself. So I did, after leaving the tire shop I called nicks and they said yes they still had a space for me and I could come right back. I went over there and waited about 1hr 30 minutes no worries. The moment I left my wheel was shaking so bad at 70 mph on the expressway. My car was not doing that AT ALL before coming there. Now I have yo find another place to get a new wheel alignment from. This is HORRIBLE SND A WASTE OF MONEY! It’s nothing that they could tell me as to why this issue happened after and not before service. NONE!

Amazing service. Nick is a righteous guy. I took my Ford Edge to get the PTU swapped out, the part I had him put in was defective, but he took care of me. He helped fix it to the best he could since it was a big job to do. I got nothing for high praise for the shop, they go above and beyond and treat their customers with the utmost respect. I will definitely continue to go back when I need work done, haven’t been to a good shop like this in years. I trust him and his workers with any of my cars. And when he recommends oem, you better listen!

I’ve gotten to the place where as l don’t trust taken my car to anywhere else other than Nicks Precision. The service is always outstanding and with much respect. The owner Nick and his staff are very honest and they are not out to swindle you as many mechanic do. I appreciate Nicks Precision and I will continue doing business with them, as well as referring my family and friends to them. ?

The transmission on my 2015 Chevy Spark was making noise, I took it to Nick’s Precision Transmission, ppl have told me I got ripped off, I don’t think so, it’s not always about the money, service is a big factor. The service was great. Nick and Edgar were professional and very respectful, honest and friendly. I didn’t need to go anywhere else. Thank You Nick and Edgar . I would recommend them to anyone needing auto repair ?

The transmission of my 2016 Jeep Wrangler blew! It gave me no prior warnings, issues, nothing. It just happened one day out of the blue. I reached out to NUMEROUS mechanic shops to inquire about fixing my truck. Surprisingly, many of the shops I spoke to weren’t helpful at all, and actually rude. They made me feel like I was wasting their time and they didn’t have time to fix my vehicle. I continued my search until I came across Nick’s. From the very first interaction with Nick and and his staff member Edgar, I knew I had found the perfect place to help me. They were both professional, informative, friendly, and most important took their time to listen to me and guide me through the entire process. Every step taken to fix my truck was explained to me in detail, including time and costs down to the cents. Nothing was ever a surprise, and it never felt like a scam or like they were trying to take advantage because I am a woman. Unfortunately I’ve dealt with this before at prior auto shops. My transmission was rebuilt, and my catalytic converters were replaced. I received warranties for all work and receipts. I am truly grateful for the services provided to me at Nick’s. Every single phone call or in person interaction we had was pleasant. Great customer service goes a long way! I will definitely be a returning customer when needed, and I will always recommend this shop without hesitation. Thank you!
