Big shout out to my guy Byron!!!!! He helped me so much throughout the afternoon and even came in clutch with a transmission fitting I couldn't find anywhere! His partner with the Chicago tattoo on his right forearm(didn't get his name) another huge help! Everyone was nice, busy but still quick and responsive! Thank you all! Much appreciated!

I purchased a battery for my car online, when I went to pick it up , the rep refused to hand me my battery, he said I didn't pay for it even though i had the confirmation number and proof of the purchase, just because he don't know what he was doing, he said his system online was glitching, he wanted me to pay again. I hope I get my money back, this is the first and last time I will be shopping here.

Napa came through for me today. I was looking all over for a caliper bracket bolt for my SUV and no other auto parts had it. NAPA did. The reps were friendly,helpful and knowledgeable.

Worst customer service ever, and the people their are unprofessional and rude and disrecptpful. Zero stars for this place. If you come in just know your going to be treated with disrespect and hostility, and rudeness. These employees and management need to be trained again from the basics and learn manners and respect and how to run a place because they are terrible and have no clue what they are doing or talking about. They will order the wrong piece for you and say it’s the right one and not let you return it afterwards. Like this place is so bad.

Napa sold me a defective innova code scanner 3030h that innova service states they don't produce anymore returned it to Napa for refund or repair, now they said can't do nothing about it I have to send it innova for replacement still have to pay to ship when innova states on web page prepaid confused they have a ( Pre paid service thru UPS )Witch was denied by innova CS Napa please update your innova devices so customers won't have to go thru kind of situation.
