I waited almost 4 hours to have my tire checked and replaced, I didn't know about making an appointment. When I purchased four tires as a walk in it took one and a half hours.

On August 16th, 2024, I went to just tires to do a Oil Change, wheel alignment, and tire rotation for 2014 toyota camry i came by 12.30 (i wad a little bit earlier than my appt by 30 min from my appointment was) .... I was not able to take my car till 5.30, so it was like 5 hrs, which is fine. That's not the issue, especially if you want to make sure everything is done correctly.
My issue is last week I started hearing knocking noice from the driver side wheel ? and I ended up taking it to the dealership ship at toyota after checking, they questioned who did the wheel alignment and tire rotation .... I told them it was through just tires.... they told me the wheel was loose and was not done correctly, which led to more damage that cost me more than a $1,500.00 to repair!!!!!!!
Horrible Service i should sue them for that !!!!!!
Last time I came here. please be careful
I used to purchase my tires from them all the time. They were nice, but this mistake they made cost me a fortune ? ?

Bought a set of 4 tires less then 3 months and 1 of tires started leaking from seal.. brought the tire to store and Talked to Raul and they refuse any factory warranty.. 1st time and last time that I will purchase any tires from this store.. Horrible service.

I never write reviews but I will this time. DO NOT COME HERE. THEY WILL SCAM YOU. The techs here tried to drive my car with the emergency break on and couldn’t figure out why it wasn’t driving when the marks that the BREAK is on. And also told 4 people in front of me that they ALL had nails on the shoulder that couldn’t be patched and will need to buy a new 350+ tire without even showing them the tire. Do not come here.

Got my rear passenger tire patched a week ago by this joint. Back here today bcuz they didn't do it correctly!! I made an appointment per the employee over the phone who said that way I wouldn't be here that long.
I've now been here TWO HOURS with said appointment!!!!! WHY????!!!!!!!
NEVER AGAIN IN MY LIFE!!!!

I’ve been going here almost 2yrs now. I’ve had my tires and brakes replaced. My brakes were done over 6months ago. However, they were whistling. The whistling is off and on so the first time I brought it back the tech couldn’t hear the whistling. This past Saturday I walked in; no appointment for the whistling again. The tech E test drove my vehicle and was able to hear the sound. He assured me that if I was still within my warranty that my brakes would be replaced and taken care of that day in which it was. Thank you all again for servicing my vehicle!

I visited this location to get a oil change service done at 10am. I waited until 2 pm. Then I asked the manager Rueban, whom had a nasty attitude. what taking so long. He said employees had just come in . It was very cold . And the lights went off in the entire establishment. I explained this was very unprofessional. Because I am a lyft driver. And I am missing money today. Spending time at Just tires was a complete inconvenience and waist of my time and money.

I have been going here for literally decades. I may not always be happy with the price of tires but I am always happy with the quality of service I get here and the nice staff. Today I dealt with Reuben, he was very helpful and gave clear explanations and he tried to save me money where he could. I am fortunate that this shop is in my neighborhood.

This place is an absolute joke. The one star reviews I read did not lie. They prey on people who don't know any better. Seriously if you have flat call a local small repair shop they're so much better. With these guys you have a better chance of getting your flat fixed by baboons with some spare duct tape and hand pump than these clowns. Seriously they had a 5 hour time frame to replace a single tire and they could not get that done. As a walk-in I'm expecting 2-4 hours but they couldn't even let me know when they were gonna get it fixed (I was told it would take 2 hours and then another 2 hours until they told me they didn't know when) I had to call 10-15 times, no seriously, because they didn't have the courtesy to let me know it would take significantly longer than what I was originally told. Went and picked up my tire and had it replaced for $140 (these clowns were gonna charge me $190) and under 10 minutes at another place. Stay away from this place and stay safe folks.

I made an appointment in the store to return 3 days later for tire repair. Although, I made the appointment with the technician at the counter, in person, he claims I have no appointment but could wait about 5 hours for repair. Very poor service! With absolutely no consideration or apology.

Talked to them about a certain size for my corvette. They took off my tires and found they didn't have the size I needed. They put my old tires back on the car and put over 50lbs. Of pressure in three of my tires and just under 20lbs of pressure in one. Then they didn't tighten the lugs. Stopped at Firestone only to find lugs on the ground. Be vigilant when doing business at this place.
