Called for an estimate, the lady told me she will call me back with the quote, it was a month ago and still waiting for them to contact me. If they are unable to provide me with an estimate what I can expect from a claim? Very bad customer service.

Agent is great and he explain to the fullest with details the coverage for the house insurance. Very polite I would highly recommend Allstate and the agent Jose M Hernandez. The prices are affordable. Wouldn't get any other insurance.
