Rude employees. Wanted to purchase several items but they rang up my beer before I had a chance to request rum etc. It's OK, they had it across the street. Kinda dumbfounded by their indifference.

A neighborhood staple that I just went to for the first time on Christmas Eve. I felt like the place hadn't changed since the late 80's/early 90's...a great feeling imo. Very nice selection of beers to choose from. The gentleman working the register was unassuming, laid back, while still professional. Every year the Christmas Eve party in my family is in Burbank, thinking of making it a point to stop here next year before the party.

Went in to the store to buy a snack while I was washing next door. Ended up just buying apiece of gum for a total of .55 cents. Gave a 20 Was given my change and didn’t think to check it then and there. Took two steps to the door when I noticed the error. Told the cashier about the short change and was told that I was given the right change. Why i didn’t check it at the counter. I said okay can you double check your drawer and he said it would take two hours. Told me that he was gonna call the cops if I was lying. I said go ahead and call them. Came back 45 mins later to check if he counted the drawer and he was no longer at the register. Double check your change when purchasing anything here. I’m not gonna cry over 5 dollars but don’t ever accuse someone of something if it was your mistake. Horrible customer service
