Flower Hill did our flowers for our wedding back in September, and we could not have been more pleased. They were so easy to work with, and they were able to bring my vision to life.The owner Gail was there the day of setting everything up, and she was truly the best person to oversee everything.I am so extremely happy that I ended up going through Flower Hill, and I truly thank them for making our wedding so beautiful.

Does not care about customers and does not truly fulfill orders. My friend ordered a bouquet and was cut wayyyyy short from that. Would not recommend!

I have ordered & received different floral arrangements from Flower Hill in Burbank & have never been disappointed. They are exceptional florists. Every arrangement has been beautiful & extremely fresh. I recently ordered 2 Lily baskets for my mothers wake. I ordered from the online picture but what was made was 50 times more beautiful than the picture & exactly what I wanted for my mom. I couldn't hardly talk to Sue when I was ordering because of my crying & she was amazingly sweet & kind. I would give 20 stars if I could. Never disappointed. Love this florist.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I will add a picture and let the work speak for itself. I called, giving them the benefit of the doubt but the customer service is horrible. They offered to pick up the flowers and give me a refund or take more flowers to add to the bouquet. She claimed they did the best they could with what they had. I am speechless and heartbroken. I can't imagine running a company and scamming people. Unbelievable

Called to see why no card was sent with my order of flowers. Person on the phone was rushing me off the phone. Terrible customer service! Needs to get rid of ALL RUDE EMPLOYEES and get employees who care about giving good customer service! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!
