The worst banking experience ever , online banking always freeze and show errors on almost every click , app doesn't support even documents or statements, and when I called the branch they wanted me to go there personally to verify my acct , so I go there and verified my acct with proof of ID , at the end they gave me customer service number to call and get help from !!!!!
Why the branch can't help me with my online acct and why ask me to go there if you can't help me
All I wanted is to be able to see my monthly statement cause their app neither their online can provide

So anybody that lives in Oaklawn be aware that fifth third bank multiple facilities in Oaklawn is holding money as hostage. There's a big gentleman African-American that works at 5750 W. 87th St. in Oaklawn his office is the first office on the right hand side and I want the world to know that he verbally and physically abused my elder brother. After he was done abusing my brother he threatened to put a hold on the account so I cannot get access to my sons. He is the most ignorant person I've ever come across I'm planning on suing the corporation for the abuse that my brother took in front of many people at the bank. Not to mention we were only the white ones there and he followed us around the bank as if we were robbing the bank when I went to go outside he stood by the window to make sure to write down my plate number the make and model of my car he was stocking me in till I left the facility. Please be aware that this gentleman will take your moneyHe has no class he has no self pride and he doesn't know a dollar if it hit him in the head. This gentleman has no business working in the bank because he's also committed fraud.

If there is zero star I will choose it, im a manger of 9 metro by t mobile stores.I know how to talk over the phone, I know what I need to do and sayI use many many location of fifth third bank to do night deposit, one of them ( they already know me ) in Munster indiana. As I remember the manager there his name mark maybeI and im so confident about this reviee to mention a reference from anither fufth third bank location.Here many times I did the drops1: they are rude over the phone2: they giving me hard time to answere my questions as I have time for the lady over thenphone to keep waiting on the phone for her attitude.3: they never ever did the night deposit next day as all other fifth third bank locationsI had many problems at my job, just because they dont do the night deposit everyday.I don’t know why they getting paid.Now im using another fifth third bank location at : harlem and 87th st.They are so polite, they answer any auestion I have for the delosit I doAnd they do their job completed.Like either munster indiana or the location at harlem, if the night deposit has some issues as the slip for some reason does not match the money, they dont hold it , they dont refuse to answer the questions about that.And they do them ever single day.Like guys if you need more walk in and good reviews, dont give ur customers hard timesI live litterly one street next to this location, and I would rather to drive 2 miles to the harlem and 87 location just because they give better service.Have fun with this review, maybe you guys will know how to handle business, instead of holding ur customers money.The picture live from my easy going location harlem and 87

I use the ATM Frequently here and I'll go inside time to time. Staff is friendly and helpful. There's a friendly old gentleman that's security here. This place features a change machine too. There's no ATM inside which kind of stinks but they've remodeled this place which is nice. It's a shame they're turning MB to a Fifth Third Bank soon.
