I received my new to me 2023 Model S Plaid on August 21 to my home in Southern California. Omar Ibrahimi did a great job securing this car for me, because a number of other buyers wanted to buy on the day I had to get my wire transfer started. I was the first one who wanted it and Omar made it clear. I was first in line and my bank had not opened yet. This is real integrity and I really appreciated what he did!! This car had 2000 miles on it when delivered, it’s a new car really for a great price, I’m still learning all features of this car. The first thing I did was remove the license plate bracket, it was easy and only taped on. Thank you Omar and Driven Auto Sales!!!

I had the pleasure of working with Ibrahim and I can’t recommend him highly enough. He was incredibly professional, patient, and honest throughout the entire car-buying process. Ibraim took the time to ensure that I found exactly what I was looking for, working within my budget and offering valuable insights on the vehicles I was interested in. ?
He never rushed me, allowing me to test drive multiple cars and encouraging me to take my time making a decision. Unlike many salespeople I’ve encountered, Ibraim was completely transparent and provided his honest opinion about each vehicle based on my needs and financial situation. He genuinely wanted me to choose the right car, rather than just making a sale. Even though I chose some vehicles that I liked, he was so honest and said the maintenance I’m that car will be too much. I recommend that you stay with something that’s going to be more affordable for you in the long run since I do have a one year-old I appreciate it is insight and honesty.
Thanks to Ibrahim, I ended up with a fantastic vehicle Audi Q5 with multiple excellent features within a reasonable price. I would WATCH OUT for these guys. The only plus in the process was the price of the car. Other than that they tried to sell me financing which was through some unknown 3rd party small credit union on a very bad terms. Good thing I went to my bank for it . After I left the dillership , I found out front headlight doesnt work. One of the key fob doesnt work . And two inner back lights dont work ( Tesla Model S) . Easily couple thousand worth of repairs which THEY KNEW about! They will do everything on their terms. You have no saying. Any question you have - you will be professionally brushed off. Overall bad experience. Most likely price will be good . But WATCH OUT and check EVERY SINGLE detail about the car.

Ibrahim was my salesperson and he was fantastic! I was scared to purchase my first electric car, however the whole team made me feel very comfortable and they were very patient with all my silly questions. I recently purchased a 2022 Tesla Model 3 from here. I worked with Troy who was very patient with my many questions since this was my first EV. There was no pressure to buy but Troy worked with me to find the right Tesla for me. With patience I was able to find a personal used Tesla with low mileage and under warranty. Troy helped me get a great financing rate as well. The process was quick after I got approved and Omar made signing the paperwork seem quick and easy. After I drove the Tesla home I realized the front Emblem
was missing but Troy ordered me one and had it installed in a couple days. Great service and amazing car selections. Would buy from here again. Troy is very knowledgeable and patient and I highly recommend him to help you find the right car for you.

scam scam scam. I would rate this establishment 0 stars.
I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Driven Auto. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that customer service was not a priority for them. The staff was unhelpful and dismissive, making it difficult to get any answers to my questions.
We purchased a car and purchased extended warranty. The engine light came on one week after driving it off the lot. They offered to fix it and took the car back for 2 months, when I got it back the engine light came on the next day. We took it to Land rover service, they said the company did absolutely no work on the car. SCAMMED. It’s been ongoing for 10 months. Back and forth with land rover, the warranty company, and driven auto said they can’t be bothered. SOLD US A FAULTY CAR UNDRR FALSE PRETENSE.
What was even worse was the feeling of being scammed. I went in with the expectation of receiving honest advice and quality service, but instead, I felt like I was taken advantage of.
I would strongly advise anyone considering Driven Auto to look elsewhere. The lack of professionalism and integrity is astounding. Save your time and money – this place is not worth it!
