Valentine was my contact from the very beginning and as a car guy it was a pleasure to work with someone who has a passion and knowledge for cars and the fleet he manages. He even took the time to show me around and talk about everything else they had available. The car was clean and ready to go on my arrival with a thorough walk through of how to work everything inside and the return process was quick with the security deposit being released immediately after inspection. I rent a fair amount and it’s usually a neutral experience at best - and that’s fine. But you notice when something is above that. These guys are great. Definitely recommend.”

“Nina, John and their team went above and beyond to resolve a couple of issues I had with rentals. As an older driver that has been driving older model vehicles I wasn't familiar with some of the features equipped in the modern cars. They fully explained things so I could understand. I recommend the Countryside/Lagrange branch for anyone in need of a rental.I want to add more to my review after returning to this location for a third rental. The team is caring and can accommodate probably any request made. I suffer from asthma, and even though I appreciate the disinfecting process of each car, certain smells will cause me to cough uncontrollably. After scheduling online, I emailed Enterprise to ask if I could have a "scent free" car, and they understood and provided a clean car without the special spray. Their team is friendly and more than willing to work with you to get in a rental that you're comfortable with. Cudos to Nina, she rocks!”

“On both pick up and drop off, the team at the Midway airport Enterprise was fantastic. Really went above and beyond with service as I was juggling traveling with two small kids -- helping with car seats, assisting with finding a luggage cart on the return, and selecting a car with ample trunk space. I would definitely recommend this Enterprise!”

“After needing my car repaired and in need of a rental I was referred to Enterprise Oak lawn there Keith whom was my service agent kindly listen to my need of a rental car. Everyone there was very attentive to my needs and other customers there too, all with a welcoming smile and willing to help. Shout out to Keith whom went above and beyond his call of work. “I give them 5 stars. The place is very busy. If you are trying to call them, the phones are very busy too. They get you in and out as quickly as possible. Renting the car, returning the car, and payment are all done with very good service. I look forward to renting with them again soon. Renting a car is expensive in 2024, and some will give you advice to not buy the full insurance package that is offered, because it is expensive, but I always get it because anything can happen. It reduces the stress level when driving a rental.”

“Would have been happier had the web site been more upfront about the expected deposit (had my license info and where we were renting, should have made for an easy popup), but I can't hold that against the desk staff. The desk folks were extremely friendly, handled my frustration with professionalism, made sure we got a really nice vehicle, and gave us a couple tourist tips that helped. Check-in was quick and we were on our way. Good job.”
