Sales person was friendly and helpful.
Went to the warehouse to pick up the furniture. One box would not fit as it was in the vehicle, but the warehouse staff were eager to help to make it work. Everything fit without any other problems.

Lisa our saleswoman was very helpful, showed us various bedroom sets and she wasn't pushy, my wife & I finally settled on one, we wanted Bob's to deliver it last week of May, Lisa said no problem they can accommodate us, only because we are having some construction done on the house and didn't want to have any interruptions going on while tge furniture was being delivered, you will have a repeat customer. ?

Purchased a vinyl loveseat and sofa last year. I also purchased goofproof because I wanted to ensure I had my furniture for a long time. Unfortunately there is a rip/tear and I submitted a claim. Claim was denied and reason was that cracks and peeling are not covered. I reached out to Bobs and the rep told me that vinyl does not rip/tear and that it can only crack or peel. I asked rep why "vinyl does not rip/tear" is not listed in the goofproof contact and per rep, it's just something that "they know". This was not verbally communicated to me, the consumer, nor was it listed in the contract. I would not have purchased the furniture or the protection plan if that assumption was communicated to me in any way. It is false advertising in my opinion. I will attach copies of conversation with bobs rep as well as the pictures of the rip/tear. Maybe bobs the store can help me understand.

After looking around at multiple furniture stores, I decided on Bob’s Infinity gray sectional. I love the design and that’s its modular to fit my space. This was also my first big furniture purchase and John was super helpful in walking me through my options to take home my new sofa!

I find our sales associate very friendly, he explained everything twice or more if need. It didn't matter if it was my daughter or husband. What he didn't know was that my husband is the first stages of dementia. He treated him well. Actually it was the first time I enjoyed shopping for anything with my husband. Thank you
