No greeter at the door welcoming you, can't find any employees to help find items. And when you find an employee they are rude and tell you you're gonna have to wait I'm busy. When you check out with the items you're purchasing big ticket items they behave like it's a bother that you're checking out. The store also smells like strong perfume cleaning scent makes you feel like throwing up. Never go there go to Orland and don't go to the one in countryside same poor attitude there as well. Orland location is the Best!!!!

If I can give this store no stars I would. Customer service is VERY poor. I asked for help twice because the printer I wanted was in stock according to the website but was not on the shelf. I ask a lady which later on found out she was the manager. You would like she would have help but nope, she send me off still looking for help. Once I finally got the printer I had a $5 coupon that I had just received but two weeks ago but she couldn't honor it even after I showed her my email. She send me off to call customer service. I would understand if it was $50 dollars but it was just $5 and I even added Warrenty for the printer. I was upset because I spend 30mins looking for help and now this coupon that did not have an expiration date but she mentioned it expired and failed to show me where that stated. I was upset that I decided not to buy it. I rather go somewhere else , any where else where the customer service is better and more professional.

I placed a same day pickup order for a router as mine stopped working and I didn't have any internet connection/access. I decided to go with Best Buy because it was listed as in stock and I work remotely so I needed to get back online quickly. I wait about an hour and then decide to head to the store as it is usually no longer than 90 minutes anywhere for pickup. When I arrive, I'm informed that the store is under construction and customers are not allowed in. I check again with 4-5 associates at the door and the only thing he tells me after scanning my barcode on my order is in is not ready. So after waiting for 3 hours I called to speak to a live agent and waited another 15 minutes on hold. The agent informs me that the item is out of stock at all locations near me until July 22nd. Today is July 16th 6 days later. I asked why didn't anyone tell me at store and why did it say it was in store online when it wasn't. He was very smug and just blew me off. I will never shop BB again and suggest you don't either unless you like being jerked around by horrible customer service. Now I know why they are doing so poorly Nobody gives a dam.

Apparently they stopped taking air pods in during the pandemic, but as of 04/11 they are taking them again, I get in there with an appointment head over to geek squad where I waited for 45 mins, only to be told first that a lot of the people currently working wasn't there before when they were accepting air pods for service replacement (pre pandemic) so no one really knows how to process a warranty replacement for malfunction. Then the employee tells me he will then switch to using apple system since the Best Buy system was a dead end, then I am told that it would be $80 to replace the left one, after explaining that both are having issues and are still under warranty. After declining this offer I am then told that I can make an appointment at the apple store to get it replaced for free, but Best Buy is suppose to be an authorized Apple 3rd party servicer. Nearly an hour of time wasted, and the funny thing is I haven't been to this store in years because the last experience with Geek Squad was even worse. At this point they need to just shut down.

Great selection, amazing customer service, reasonable prices. Obviously open items so minor marks and such. By far the best Outlet in the Chicagoland area!

They are the worst as far as phone customer service. I have called 4 times. Waited on hold each time at least 10 minutes. Was disconnected 2 times during conversation. Give two different answers on two different questions from two different customer representatives. Cannot call a store at all.

I enjoy supporting local area stores and we wanted to enjoy our visit. But it's very hard to overlook the relation between this is majority black/brown neighborhood and that customers aren't allowed to hold the merchandise they're going to buy. The store employees play keep away and tell you (inaccurately) which register it will be at. If you go to a Best Buy in an affluent neighborhood, they don't treat you like this. Additionally, the employees are a mix of asking "how are you doing?" to barely noticing you. I wouldn't shop here again. Better to go to a different electronics/computer store that is based in Illinois. Unfortunately it's pretty far to go to Logan Square or Westmont.

Not just this Best Buy, all of them. This is no fault of the store level employees. But the structure of the corporation is garbage. Need help from the store? Not available. Need to speak to someone you just spoke to on your visit? Good luck. The 800 number employee is going to try, rest assured. But alas, he tells you he too doesn't have a working number to the store. What?! He explains, they don't want us calling the store so we really have no way of contacting them. I guess when they stopped selling phones they went ahead and threw theirs out too. Twice I waited 45 minutes on the phone with a simple problem that no one could simply solve. Everyone is helpless. Don't think for a minute this isn't all manipulated by millionaire CEO's who don't give a f*** if your washer wasn't delivered or your fridge door fell off. They already have their paycheck and believe me, they aren't shopping for Best Buy appliances. They're pillaging before they leave the shelves bare. Screw them. If they don't change this, they will be on the first flight to Circuit City. That's just pathetic.

Supervisor Nadia has the best customer service. Always a hard worker, and does her best when dealing with hard customers who sometimes feel the need to not be so patient.

Secuurity guard was harassing me because I'm black and I had just spent over 1000 at the store so I want him fired he also let two other white people pass in front of me because they where white and I'm Hispanic

If I could leave Zero stars I would. The sales rep on Feb 3rd sold me the wrong type of service to install a Fridge with an Ice Maker/Water Dispenser. This is after I asked if I needed it, they insisted I could use my existing one. The delivery drivers showed up Feb.9 the without shoe covers, tracking snow and salt all over my floors, and very rude. Then they told me I didn't have a shut-off valve for the existing fridge(I do it's under the stink). I was then Told I needed a plumber and they couldn't connect it, and the sales rep should've sold me the complete installation service. After speaking with the dispatch, I ask them to leave the fridge so that we'd have one. They refused to leave it because they didn't want to haul my other away which was included in my purchase!They lied and said it would void my warranty, but then Said they could put the new one in my garage!!! The delivery was rescheduled for yesterday Feb 13th And after waiting Six hours, the guys show up and refuse to park in the front of my house where the path was cleared to deliver and take it off the truck. He asked me to clear another path.I did! They then Called their dispatcher Saying it was too much snow, and showed their dispatch the side of my house not the front that was cleared for them !!! However in Chicago it had snowed all day, but I was sure to clear a path and the front porch steps. Come to find out they had done this all day and saying they couldn't do drop offs because of the snow, and I was their last stop so they got away with doing it to me . Needless to say it went back to the warehouse and they wouldn't even talk me and pulled off, even hung up on the customer service rep talking with him. This is absolutely unacceptable for an expensive purchase from such a big company. The worst part is that I STILL don't have a fridge!!

Yeah this Best Buy they will help you to get the sales out it no help when it comes to install I been waiting to get my home cameras installed for a while now first person that came just said it was too much work for one guy to install so they made me reschedule and now today they called me two hours later after they were suppose to show up saying the technician wants you to reschedule cause he can't make it out to you like seriously what kind of service do you really provide besides failing all aspects of customer service worst ever and that's not all two different people gave me two different time windows that they will be here until it was two hours after they were suppose to show up and didn't don't ever get anything installed with geek squad better off going outside the store and getting your stuff installed they might actually want to work from a third party!!

My son ordered a ps5 we weeks ago. He got his confirmation email and everything!! However, we have been getting the run around from cooperate this entire week!! I'm not sure if they over sold, or if an employee took it!! My son called them for a week straight about his game!! Cooperate kept telling him that it was there it just wasn't processed!! Then someone"accidentally cancelled the order"!! They still couldn't explain!! He was Finally able to get the game that wasn't his!! But they sold out to him anyway!! Cooperate && Best Buy Burbank have been lying to us for over a week!! I Will Never Do Business w/them. Nor Will I Recommend This Location or Best Buy Period!!
