Worst store ever no supervisor available no district manager available five different phone numbers you call you cannot get any help!

Great selection, amazing customer service, reasonable prices. Obviously open items so minor marks and such. By far the best Outlet in the Chicagoland area!

They are the worst as far as phone customer service. I have called 4 times. Waited on hold each time at least 10 minutes. Was disconnected 2 times during conversation. Give two different answers on two different questions from two different customer representatives. Cannot call a store at all.
