Careful with this dealer. We drove from out of state, 2 hours each way. They described the 2021 Traverse as being in great mechanical shape and cosmetic shape (they said there may be a few small dings). The car had deep scratches down the side of it, the lip spoiler was broken and folded over, the side trim piece was not fully attached and was hanging off, the windshield was cracked, the upholstery had tears, and the belts squealed. They strategical took pictures so this damage wasn't easily visible. I asked if the title was clean and they told me yes, no issues with the title. We walked away because the dealer felt shady even after they agreed to knock $3,000 off, but did use the pricing they had as leverage at another dealer. The second dealer pulled the Carfax and we found out this car had a branded title and had serious structural damage. This is a very shady dealer who lied to use about many aspects of this vehicle.

I HAD A BLAST WORKING WITH EVERYONE IN THE OFFICE ESPECIALLY ODEI AND ERIN AND JOHK THEY ALL TREATED ME WITH NOTHING BUT KINDNESS AND RESPECT THEY WERE ALLLL SOOOOOO FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL NOT YOUR AVERAGE CAR DEALER THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR ME AND I GOT THE CAR I WANTED THEY NEVER TRIED TO TALK ME INTO SOMETHING RLSE I GOT EXACTLY WHAT I CAME FOR BUMPER TO BUMPER COVERAGE AND GAP INSURANCE GREAT SERVICE AND FANTASTIC PEOPLE ?????????????????????????????????????????? ? ? ? ? ?❤️MY NEW CAR LOW MILES AND CLEAN THANKS BAHA AUTO AND STAFF

First time going to get a vehicle, being completely honest I was a bit skeptical given previous reviews. However everyone was patient and communicated efficiently. Odie who assisted me with my vehicle was so professional and answered all my questions, I never felt like I could not ask a question. He was very helpful in making sure I felt comfortable purchasing a vehicle. Eren who works indoors was also really helpful and patient with me and answered all the questions I needed during the paperwork portion. Overall the process was smooth and easy.

Had a wonderful experience. Usually something that is time consuming and a pain in the rear we had many laughs thanks to our new friend, Odei. Eren made the process very simple to understand and would also join in the jokes. We had a great time and love the vehicle, definitely will be coming back to Baha Motors.
