They are really doing well for my mom. She is there on hospice. The nurses and cnas are responsive and good at their jobs. I like that its a smaller facility and residents can move about as they like as it's a no restraint facility.

This place is horrible DO NOT take your loved ones to this place!!! The staff working there don’t do their job as healthcare workers if I could I’d give this place negative stars I would. They neglect the patients, yell at them, and are rough with them.

This trashy place needs to be shut down! If I could give this place zero stars I would! The employees there are neglectful of the residents in their care. Not only that but they are verbally and physically abusing! Just one of the many bad things going on in this place. Please keep your loved ones away from this awful establishment.

This place is truly horrible! Dirty, smelly and the nurse that took care of my mother the first evening that she arrived was cruel to her, yelling at her and pointing her finger in my mother's face after we left for the evening. We ended up taking her out the next day. They didn't even have her down for a breakfast her first morning. I had to go to their kitchen and retrieve a breakfast tray for her. I wouldn't put my very worst enemy in this place!!

If I could give a negative star I would. My mom was sent there for rehab and the place was god awful. It was filthy dirty, the bathroom had used urinals for men in it. There were cobwebs all over. Her first night there the nurse was yelling at her. My mom is the sweetest and never complains, she was hurting because she was laying the same way all day and just wanted to sit up for a few minutes. When we got there in the morning to visit she said they didn't even give her food. We had to go to the kitchen and get it for her at 10AM the night staff does nothing but play on their phones all night. I wouldn't want to put my worst enemy in this place. If you love your parents as much as I do stay away from this place. Needless to say we got her out of there that day. Back in the hospital until she is a little stronger to be at home. Never ever will I put anyone in this place. That so called Night nurse should be fired.

The facility is ran by some of the most amazing people there especially the nursing managers. It was very clean , very well ran , ad the residents seemed very well taken care of. Im typically not trusting of most places especially long term care ...but this one truly exceeded my expectations and hats off to them. Highly recommend

very much so would not recommend. at first i thought it was a good place to consider placing my grandmother but once her PT was over with, everything seems to be declining. i visited her before and they left her in a restriction chair, cold, snot running and bubbling out her nose also she was soiled. my grandma has alzheimer’s and is contracted so she can’t speak or move much herself, someone has to check on her every two hours considering im a CNA furthering my career in nursing school, i know this. Felicia whoever works in admission isn’t anything but a LPN. My grandmother bed wounds have declined in Aperions care, supposedly they don’t have a wound care doctor. It’s a lot that has been sneaky, & blind siding with this establishment, they don’t know how to communicate. They transferred my grandmother to another nursing home without my mother’s knowledge, we wanted to be there for her. What if something happened to her in the midst of being transferred? They don’t care about the residents fr, just the money

Absolutely Wonderful experience with the staff and their care of my loved one. If you have a family member in this facility, please take it easy on the staff and show your appreciation. They are working hard and are some times stretched thin due to the demands of family members. I have witnessed this and I don't believe its fair. Please Give them a break. Again, thanks for All that you guys do. I don't know what my family would do without you all.

My dad did not receive the care needed after his PT&OT ended. He was walking some when he was transferred there, talking, feeding himself. Now he is in what is called hospice room after being brought back from the hospital. Food tray placed in room and left there, he cannot feed himself! Staff here that I've encountered many are very unprofessional and not doing their jobs. Myself I also work in the healthcare field and am a Designated Reporter. Knowine should have to endure the type of care this place provides.

I have had many family members of friends come to Aperion of Burbank for Physical therapy and they all say they are a hidden gem, the DON is very knowledgeable about every patient and the PT/OT department is very attentive with their patients!!!

Do not recommend..My brother was recently staying at this facility and I would call every week sometimes twice.I live out of town so I thought this would be an easy way to get updates not was I wrong.This pasted week I called 3 times talked to two different people about his progress the most recent update was this morning and the told me he was doing well .I made the trip out to see him come to find out he was released a week prior.Wth they had no idea he was gone or what .No one had any answer about how this could happen . So fake updates or you do not know where your patients are .Do not put your trust in this place !!!!!

Visited someone there and noted staff very unprofessional, calling names, unprofessional phone etiquette, place is always noisy, room are overcrowded, nurses seem always overcrowded due to understaffed, unable to respond to patients needs in timely manner. Would give 0 stars if option given.
