Sometimes I have to get stuff shipped for work they are very nice and it is fast the cost is a little high for packing services so do that before you bring the item you want to ship.

Had to ship 5 boxes to University of Colorado Boulder for daughter's dorm room. The employees at this store were phenomenal in every aspect. Will definitely use them again.

Very frustrated as I made an online appointment for a notary service, and I arrived only to find out that the notary wouldn’t be available for another month. I’m not sure why appointment times are even being offered at this location. Absolute time wasted.

NEVER return an Amazon package here. They won’t take it unless it’s in your own packaging. This place is absolutely TERRIBLE. I’ve never had a problem like this at any UPS store.

Not going back - felt scammed. There was no name badges for the employees and they didn’t try to sell me on a more premium service than Ground for shipping but he felt compelled to sell me on a more premium packaging service ( from a box ($4) to box/labor/material service ($19)) without directly asking me if I wanted this “premium service”to package it. Also, employee had a tough time explaining the material and packaging fee since he was new. UPS corporate needs to send in California team and get this store under control. The packaging is their highest margin service besides mailboxes and that’s why they don’t just leave the boxes out for ppl to self pack.

I am editing this review today, 4-11-24 to send a special shout out to Jim McMahon, Manager of the UPS store in Buffalo Grove, IL. My international package seemed to be lost overseas for a few days. Jim had been monitoring my package since the night I dropped it off. He called me with regular updates without me having to call him. He reached out to corporate to investigate and within a day or so my package was found and delivered. It is very rare that an employee or manager of a company calls you before you call them and provide updates on what is happening. Fantastic service. I highly recommend to use the UPS in Buffalo Grove, IL for this exceptional service. 4-3-24 - Thank you to Jeff, Jim and Tony for helping me out on a UPS letter/documents that I had that was going to Caribbean. Best service and made me feel very comfortable that it would deliver. Thank you!
