Shipped some music equipment and they were very accommodating, super friendly and funny. I have never experienced this at a UPS store. I came with my items pre packaged so the process was very smooth. The owner is super cool too. If I’m ever in the area again , this will be my go to spot.

They are friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, efficient and major problem solvers. Always have an excellent solution for out of the ordinary situations. Happily guide you through what needs to happen. The best UPS store ever for shipping, returns, printing, etc.

I have been a customer for 9 years and they are better than most UPS stores around the area and the country. Obviously different employees have diferent behaviorsm but overall, very helpful. The new owner is amazing and bringing an even more positive attitude to the place.

Terrible customer service. The older guy with the glasses always gives me comments on my returns. One time he was asking me if I’m a designer, second time when I brought 6 items he said, I see you having over 20 items today with his weird sarcastic laugh. Then when I asked him to hand me over one of the things back to check the label he through it on the counter. Also was arguing almost screaming that the snow costume that consisted of top and bottom which is a set should be returned as 2 separate items even after I showed him a picture that it’s a set. Always unpleasant experiences with him. Will try to go to another person next time.

I have been using this UPS location for over two years now. I have multiple calendars and newsletters that I need printed each month (sometimes with little notice) for work and I will go nowhere else for my printing needs. My co-workers also now use this UPS because of the quality and expediency with which print jobs are done. Al has been nothing but kind, helpful and knowledgeable. He even coordinated a print job for me while he was on his vacation. That is going over and above the call of duty and speaks to his dedication to customer service. Please give AL and his team a try if you're looking for excellent customer service and quality work.

Was traveling for business and had to find a notary quick for a personal matter. Called to confirm there was a notary. When I arrived I was pleasantly greeted and the front clerk immediately got the notary. She was friendly yet professional and got the job done. When I had trouble scanning the document to email from my phone she suggested another service and then helped me even more. Sanover Sohi, Thank you for helping me today. You took some of the stress out of my life!Amazing customer service.

I highly recommend this store, the staff is very friendly, prompt and very knowledgeable. The store offers other services such notary, copying etc. Also open on Sundays!!

No longer scanning pre paid labels, have to email it to the store email...best part the charge you $1 for computer usage. $2 to tape package shut, normally just drop off and go.
