Very friend staff. They Make you feel comfortable. They provide excellent manicure ands pedicure. I was sad when the location I used to go to closed down after 10 years but I am happy to have fun another wonderful spot where I can relax and get my nails done. Also not a lot of wait times! I have always been able to get in and out :)

my experience trying different nail salons I enjoyed them since some employees had left to go elsewhere I recently was at dog park when Joan said to me guess who I saw Amanda she's at Tokyo nail salon so I went to see Amanda made appointment she does excellent nails find out Tina works there as well I met Judy the owners niece she has a great personality always happy ,laughing I feel at home please tell your family and friends to come to Tokyo nail salon ??

I had a no-chip manicured that chipped after 2 days and they happily fixed it for free and wouldn’t take a tip…great customer service!!!!

I started to go to Tokyo Nails when I moved to the area as it had great reviews and many recommendations. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. This is the latest nail color and design. Im always getting compliments on my nails no matter what the color or design!

I have been a customer of this salon for the last year. My technician is Amanda and she is outstanding. She does an excellent job and she is very easy going and always makes me feel comfortable. I am usually the only man there but the staff goes out of their way to make sure I feel at home. Amanda gives the most relaxing foot massages and I always look forward to my appointments with her. I highly recommend this salon for anyone needing nail treatments.

I had a good experience the first 2 times but the last 2 times have been horrible. I did dip powder polish the third time and my nails chipped within 2 days. I went with a different person the fourth time and did dip powder polish. They filed my nails at the end and when I got home, and looked under the lights, most of my nails had the paint scuffed up on the sides because he rushed in filing them. Additionally, a week later a nail chipped followed by at least one a day after that and my nails were so weak and chipping that I had to keep filing and cutting them. I also left with bleeding cuticles on 3 nails. It really stung when I washed my hands in hot water. My nails are so short now and I want to go somewhere else to get them redone but I barely have any nail left to be polished. I’ll have to wait until they grow back. One of the worst manicures that I’ve ever had.

This place has been highly recommended by neighbors. I didn't not have a good experience with no chip compared to other places I've tried. I would say it's worth trying to see if you like it yourself.

I have never had such a horrible pedicure and no chip manicure in my life. I could tell immediately that they did an awful job and I knew the polish was never going to last. The next day one of my toe nails chipped off without any reason. My "no chip", if they should even call it that, manicure chipped after 4 days and peeled completely off by day 6. They should change the name to "guarantee to chip" manicure. Every single nail salon I go to, my nails last 3.5 weeks. Literally every single salon. So the fact that my nails and toes both chipped immediately attests to the poor quality polish and poor quality application. So unfortunate. The other thing to mention is that there is one nail lady who is so obnoxious. There is no other way to put it. You come into this environment to relax and it's so off putting to hear this woman complaining and whine about everything. It's as if we are doing her a favor by gracing ourselves with her royal presence. Her constant banter with customers, while may be for a select few people, was not for me. Please just be quiet and let me get my nails done in peace. I don't want to listen to you screaming at other customers from across the salon. And finally, they are soo obnoxiously pushy trying to upsell a service. I understand that they are a business and are trying to make money, but when a customer tells you no, stop asking them again and again and again. I told you no already so why are you continually trying to upsell a service after I repeatedly denied it. I should have known then that this was going to be a crock of a mani pedi and I should have left. An absolute waste of money. Never coming back here due to how quickly my nails chipped. Bummer!! Save yourself the money and go elsewhere because your nails won't last anyways.
