We found Tadam Tech Appliances by chance. Tadam provided exceptional customer service through Natalie. The tech Anton was very knowledgeable in repairing our KitchenAid refrigerator. This is my second time using this company. Anton came and fixed my issue immediately on my washing machine. He also explained what may have happened. He is very professional. Tadam Tech is an awesome company! I was using them for the second time. Anton was polite, thorough, very knowledgeable, and efficient. He diagnosed the problem very quickly, ordered the detail, came back in a couple days and fixed our washer. Great, very reasonably priced service. Our Viking oven wouldn’t light so after a few calls to different companies, we decided to go with Tadam. Scheduling was quick and easy through text messages with Natalie. Anton came the next day (6/13) for a service estimate, told us it was the igniter which would take 3 days to order and receive parts and was back on 6/16 to fix our oven in less than 30 mins! He was very quick, so quiet and very efficient and was helpful in his explanations! And we paid less than we thought we would based on conversations with other companies. Another benefit is they use an online receipt system to sign off from your own phone when you make payment. We will definitely be using them again for any future appliance repairs based on our last experience!!!

Exceptional service! Natalie, who fielded my initial call, was very professional, asked all of the essential background questions, and explained the process for servicing. We received a text 12 minutes before arrival and Anton arrived at noon during the promised 12p-2p service window. Anton was efficient, courteous, completely explained the diagnosis, and successfully completed the repair on our clothes dryer in less than 30 minutes.
