Our commercial space has a washer and a dryer. When the dryer broke down this morning, we were faced with a dilemma whether to replace it or get it fixed. A tech from Tadam appliance came out within an hour of my call to them. The tech identified the issue and immediately offered a solution. He left to get a part for us and two hours later our dryer was working again. Great customer service and very knowledgeable technicians. We will definitely use them again!

As a home bakery owner, I'm incredibly grateful for Anton from Tadam Tech and his outstanding service. When he came for routine maintenance of our refrigerator and freezer, and to check our gas stove, his professionalism and efficiency were beyond expectations. Found this company on google search and to our surprise, Leo has called them on numerous occasions for his home. We have a very complicated oven and the parts can only be ordered from a specific company, but after our initial phone call, their team arrived within the hour and diagnosed the problem! They even got the commercial oven working temporarily until the part came in! We would recommend this company to anyone with commercial appliances. They are definitely on our “A” list.

We found Tadam Tech Appliances by chance. Tadam provided exceptional customer service through Natalie. The tech Anton was very knowledgeable in repairing our KitchenAid refrigerator.
