Please do not take your car here. I brought my vehicle in with a simple issue that they did diagnose and fix correctly, but in the process of doing this they fried my cars entire electrical system.They claimed they were trying to fix my car for months but it sat outside their shop with no evidence of work being done. After months I had to take the car to someone else to get fixed since they were completely incompetent, and they were able to diagnose and fix my car in 10 days after PE had it for close to 6 months.It was easily the worst single experience I have had with any business, they caused significant damage and took no responsibility for it. Avoid at all costs.

I was in today with my F10 M5 to use the dyno and im very happy with the outcome. They were timely and quick to strap the car down at my appointment time. Even though I experienced some issues on my end, uploading tunes after each Dynorun they were kind enough and did not rush me. definitely will come back over and over for any of my car related means.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Thank you, guys! Words can't describe how thrilled I am having gotten my car back. Jimmy and Alex are professional, knowledgeable, and offer great customer service. Didn't quite meet him, but huge thanks to Jakub, who did the wrenching... I loved my n54 before, and I get to fall in love with it all over again. The PE team specialize in BMW M series and it shows. Very helpful, experienced and friendly. Good quality work and fair prices. I take my M3 here over the dealer and feel it’s a much better deal and experience. Sometimes communication is a bit slow but not to the point of being a problem. I’ve had main bearings replaced and throttle actuators without any issues or problems.

I've been to a lot of shops, and spent a lot of money, tinkering with my N55 BMW. If I had to do it all over again (or if I ever do it again in the future), I would only use Performance Eurowerks. Alex and Thomas are knowledgeable, honest, fair with their pricing, and incredibly trustworthy.
