I have to say this company has come through over and over again with donations for our rescue. I wish other companies had the compassion and understanding how important donations help low income or struggling businesses to continue in their efforts to make a difference in this world. To all that work there and all the management team, our animal rescue shelter is greatly appreciative for your generosity of puppy pads.

I can't say enough good things about Northshore and the customer service I received. I needed to exchange a product and wasn't sure if that could be done as my husband's brief needs changed. Pamela & everyone associated with RMA 40695 was sooo helpful and guided me through the exchange process. I am thrilled I was able to make the exchange change. NorthShore was 1000% truly wonderful. The products are absolutely amazing for my husband and the only company I will purchase from for his needs!!!. Thank you sooo very much!!!!

I asked when I started talking with Rosy that I had some probing questions about their briefs. Rosy said I will do my best. She was very very knowledgeable and helpful. We talked about which diaper is the most breathable meaning to me the most healthy for my skin. She zeroed in on the all mesh cotton 8 hour Air Supreme. She was very helpful on when and how many booster pads to use. It was a great call. I have been wearing Northshore products 24/7 for 3 years and am a very satisfied with their products and customer service.

Great people, service and products. Using the Megamax for a while and they are fantastic. Last order they packed samples of their Eternadry booster pads (which I didn't know about) so I tried them, game changer, was surprised at the difference they made. Definitely will be part of my next order. Keep up with the quality products.
