Very rude receptionist. Makes you feel guilty for coming in. Definitely not what you want to hear when you are there for help. This was like this with the old building and hoping the attitude would change with a new facility but unfortunately it hasnt. Its the same snarky and unfriendly reception. NCH needs to do better.

in "Clinical Laboratories" there was white lady with glass look like from russia or poland somewhere. she was very very very rude & stupid. she dont know how to talk to patient. i hope manager take care this lady.

Beware! Slow and long on hold if u call , no doctor call backs just nurses. Suggest driving to a hospital or clinic thats not NCH. Some nurses like Maria for doctor Bakkan have additude when you make a request to check your blood pressure on both arms!
