My visits to Merle Norman in Buffalo Grove have been most enjoyable. I, primarily, go there for wigs and always get such friendly, personal attention. Meeting Tammy, the owner, and getting to know her background was a real treat.This shop has a nice variety of cosmetics and gifts to pamper yourself or others! Great customer service should be recognized in today's busy world. Merle Norman is an enjoyable shopping experience, everytime. They treat you like family! :-)

My local Merle Norman store is the best! Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable people, they always get my colors right, suggest products that work well for me, and have the items I want in stock (or get them quickly)! Best yet, they care! Friends for years!

The owners and employees of this boutique are experts; experts at selecting the most stylish wig in the best color for your complexion. And the prices are reasonable and affordable. I was hesitant to get a wig even though I struggled with my thinning hair for years as I only remember wigs on people that looked like wigs. Little did I know the right wig on me, and many others, make you as my husband said to me, look like you just stepped out of an expensive salon. I was tempted to buy a wig online. Thank goodness I tried this great boutique instead as I sure don't have the talent and experience in wig selection. Ones I thought would look good on me did not. My only regret is I wish had known about this shop and purchased a wig sooner!

Had a great time helping Mom select a WIG here today. Ellen really took the time needed for the perfect fit. Plus I got a surprise of shopping in the darling boutique, scoring a soft sweater in lavender plus earrings, a cute cap and an inside out umbrella. A hidden gem--we will be back!
