“Had the pleasure of working with Savannah from DHA labs this past March. She very patiently explained the testing procedures for multiple tests and assisted with our very complicated needs. We are from Hawaii but had the test kits mailed to a relative in Washington state, where we completed the testing (we flew over). The logistics were mind boggling and were complicated by our short stay and problems with the "overnight shipping" that ended up being "four-day shipping" due to weather delays on the East Coast. Savannah kept abreast of our situation and provided alternate options and much needed reassurance that our needs would be met. All was well in the end as a result of Savannah's support. “Don’t understand the negative reviews. Why do people think they should get health care free? $250 for a sleep study that you can do in the comfort of your own home or $2,000 in a sleep lab, which would you prefer? Great company, professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a sleep study.”
“The assisting technician was very personable and caring. Additionally, she was very skilled in her job. I needed to do a lot of blood tests and she explained everything, right away found my vein and didn't leave any bruise which is quite unusual for me. I'm in awe.”
“I had physical therapy for a frozen shoulder and then later for a knee issue at NCH 1200 W. Algonquin Rd. (by Harper College) in Palatine. Having never had physical therapy anywhere else, I cannot compare experiences. However, I thought it was a great value. I was able to get mobility and strength back in my shoulder and knee. They guided me through working on mobility and then strength. I found it helpful to have it regularly scheduled and did about 10 sessions for each issue. Scheduling was easy, and the staff very professional. If you aren't savvy about stretching or physical conditioning, or even if you think you are, and someone recommends or suggest physical therapy for an issue, I highly recommend doing it. They will help you by having you do things that help that you probably would not imagine or find on your own to do. And even if you found such, you would not have a professional teaching and ensuring you to do such correctly. I'm very thankful for the experience and results.”

“I have to agree that my experience here was really easy. In and out, the staff was nice, no issues. I've actually had some less than favorable experience at other labs where it is super crowded and you have to wait around forever until it's your turn. Not here....thank goodness, in a way, that the labs in my doctor's facility were not "in network" for my medical insurance plan. They referred me here and it worked out so well. It literally was a 5 minute stop (in and out) on my way home! This will be my "go to" lab from now on!”

“My family and I have used Quest's services many times in the last few months at the Schaumburg and Hoffman Estates locations, but we have not always found nice staff, especially at the Hoffman Estates location. In Schaumburg in the last months of 2023, we were served by a very rude young person. She was incompetent, she wanted to send us home for some lame nonsense reason resulting from her ignorance and She told us to come back another time, only the reaction of another employee allowed us to do the tests, but this young person was very rude to us and demonstrated it during the entire visit.
But this unpleasant experience is not the reason for my entry, but a nice one, because I took my last test in Schaumburg location on 5/13/24 and I had the pleasure of meeting a wonderful person once again (because this lady also served me earlier) I don't know how this lady is it's called, but you can probably check it. In any case, she is a very competent person, very nice and takes great care of patients, when she sees patients there are never queues, everything goes smoothly, quickly and there is a nice and friendly atmosphere, I am happy to do tests with such a person.”
“Great staff, with high professionalism and courtesy focused on the patient. Quite a small waiting room, with considerable delays compared to the time I booked online in advance. I'm not sure if this was an exception or if it's a constant in the location, perhaps due to a shortage of staff or receiving more patients than they can handle. Beyond the wait, my experience was very good. Good turnaround time of the results as well.”

“I went to the Elk Grove location twice, and they were really nice and helpful. First time we got PCR results in about 20 hours. Second time (today) I walked 25 minutes there in the cold weather with my young son and then realised I had forgotten my phone (needed to register). The woman working went out of her way to help us so that we could still use the test, which was really nice.”

Got door right after check in took like 15 mins to load.Usually don’t leave reviews but figured I’d help the next person out to be able to find this place easier than I did.Coming from 94 on Buckley rd it’s the first light before waukegan(43). You make a right and use the left entrance lane. (I’m at ap5 so yours may be different) follow road around stay right at stop sign you when you see 5 north dock shipping/receiving (DONT TURN IN) pull straight pass sign park just before docks on left and check in is on other side of dock. You’ll need license, trailer number, and license plate number. This is a high value load”

“After creating an account I set up next day an appointment for bloodwork... I was promptly checked in electronically and asked to get in the lab. The nurse was polite, checked the personal info, drew the blood, and asked me to pay. I was done in a few minutes. My results were available after 48 hours, as I was advised. The next step is to send the results to the doctor who ordered the test. Hope this will be done in the timely manner, too. I have been a QD patient for a while, and still will be keeping to work with them.”
