Fast and easy, Mike was a pleasure to work with. Growing the family so he was able to work with me on my trade in for a bigger car. Trade was fair, wish the price was a little cheaper, but in the end we were able to put it all together. My second time purchasing a car and I would go back there again for my next!

I haven't had a lot of good experiences with car dealers, but Lux is definitely a great place! Alex was amazing to work with and has earned future business from me. They had no problems with me doing my homework on the car and even were open to putting the car on a lift so that I can inspect underneath. Great experience! They make FAKE carfax reports, make sure you check yourself before buying something from them, or better not at all! On my experience i found out later my vehicle has air bags deployed whole front and passenger side where damaged, and those guys show carfax with minor rear bumper accident. So please be aware of Fraud

I wouldn't waste my time. Alex, our salesman was great, but the finance person was terrible. We visited a few times with a pre-approval for the Aston they are so proud of, they ran our credit and then said they weren't sure. This made no sense since I spoke to my lender and they told me Lux never ran the profile though them as the should have and I should have no problem, because on my own I was approved for a car worth $13k more.
I called Lux and was told they would need to talk to finance, by then my husband went there and went through the process.
We were offered $6k for his BMW whether we bought a car or not, but they were not being clear. Mind you there were issues with the Aston that they needed to fix, but it would still seem they didn't want to sell the car. This was the third one we looked at. In this time over the course of a week, we came across a 2016 Jaguar F-Type with really low miles, for a couple thousand more, but worth it to me. My husband drove it and fell in love. Imagine, I drove there from work and the deal was done, within 2 hours max we left.
Please tell me why Lux is calling us days later and ever today telling us they would love to get the deal done and to come in. My husband decided he would stop in with the F-Type and tell them how they effed around with, God knows what.... Greed or stupidity, either way good luck getting someone to buy a 16 yr old car that is that expensive, with issues you can't explain.. . Meanwhile w are good, thanks ✌️

Wanted to share my recent experience with this used car dealership in Chicago . I purchased a 2011 Audi A5 convertible for my wife for her bday. The dealership provided carfax docs , car drove great and we made a deal . It was odd for me that the Car did not have a dipstick to check oil ,( this car has on board computer to check the level) I ordered one after getting home and I was surprised to find then oil had not been changed as noted on carfax - I also took a closer look at the new tires to find them all stamped 3720 , meaning they were new in the 37 month of 2020 ...so yes note new as stated on carfax report. I brought this to the dealership and was offered $100 and the owner said the tires were in good shape ....again not my words and never received the $100 ....very deceitful place of business for sure
