Went on a tour with adults and kids last week. It started 15 minutes late and was a long journey to drive here for all 20+ in our group. Jane was our tour guide, and she was very rude towards the adults and even yelled at 2 of the kids. Photos can not be taken inside the factory tour with the windows, but everywhere else is acceptable. The video they had was not working and when I went to take a photo in an area that was allowed, Jane asked me, which sounded more like she was accusing me of recording her. She did not have patience with the kids and seemed to get annoyed when the kids were asking questions. This is not a kids friendly place. The $5 per person tour fee was overpriced for what we got and how we were treated. I won't waste my time or money here again.

If you like chocolate, and like it in bulk bags, cheaper and still fresh, the outlet is worth a visit. They also have official new stuff too. The ladies are nice and most times there are samples.

I love this place. Nice selection of chocolates, toffees, nuts, snack mixes and great deals on over runs or not so perfect treats. They carry Apple Haus bag pies too. The people that work here are always super friendly and very helpful.

Great candy, much cheaper than at the regular store. If it's overstock or not perfect, it's 40-90% cheaper. The people are very friendly and helpful. I drop by every other week just to see what they have, it's always changing.
