Forget about smiling! They have different culture. But they are speculators. When you call and speak their language it's one price. In the store if you don't speak Russian, price will be double.Better bring a Russian friend with you.

Unfriendly and very rude. There is only one lady there that is friendly. The rest, especially Svetlana, are either rude or condescending. Prices are ridiculously high. I got one medication for $29.99, and the label was in Ukranian, no English (is it even allowed to not have an English translation in this country?). So, I Googled this medication to read the directions and the first page that came up in Google search was Amazon where this medication is sold for $6.47. Kedvon marks it up 5 times at least... This is just disgusting.

Very rude customer service! I thought i was the only one had kind of experience with this pharmacy, but after had read most of the reviews realised that the manager needs to teach workers good manners, how to smile and be very polite with customers. I felt like I was taking the medication for free or I owed them something. I didn’t pay attention to the name of women who served me, but she’s very unhappy person who hate her job. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

My dears, Russian or Polish people don't smile all the time, we smile when you make us smile. In EU there is nothing to smile about. It is not normal to us to smile constantly even if you don't feel like smiling, it's fake. Yes, it may be portrayed as rude, but we all come from different environments. Italian people smile all the time, they will feed you till you burst, but they will also shoot you in cold blood if they feel betrayed, all from different environments, culture and traditions. Just get used to it and understand, smiling even if you don't feel happy is phony to Europeans. The staff around the store is mostly Spanish and they don't even speak English. I am so grateful this store manager has enough compassion to have mobilized carts for the elderly and disabled. Thank you. I love this store. Great prices and now they even carry organic einkorn flour, the most natural wheat that has never been altered by men and the gluten is so weak most celiacs can eat it, it is also truly delicious.

Very rude and unprofessional pharmacist. She was unhappy and started complaining as soon as I stepped into the pharmacy and my toddler touched some $2 drops at a register. Then she refused to help me with medication they had. I was standing there with three kids and googling medication information instead of her helping me. She keep complaining about a box of bandages that I gave to my toddler and asked me if I’m going to buy it. Unpleasant experience. Never come back.

Never answer the phone. I can hear that someone picks up phone, but don't says anything and drops call.Also very overpriced place.

We got a problem with this pharmacy. They didn't deliver the prescription supply and when I called them and confronted them about it, they lied about delivering it. When I spoke on the phone with the customer service person named Larisa, she was very rude and unprofessional, she hung up on me 3 times before I asked for the manager! When I spoke to the manager, she suggested I buy the same item from them instead. We are very unhappy with this pharmacy. This is unacceptable behavior especially when dealing with the elderly who need take medication on time in order to maintain their health.
