Jewel Signature Brownie Cookies-18 Count $4.99
Purchased Oct. 7; bag says packed on Oct. 6. I thought this was a good idea for a quick sugar fix. I was wrong! When I opened the bag the cookies were stacked in two columns. The columns were one solid cookie. I tried to separate the cookies, but all they did was crumble. They were also very hard; nothing like a brownie. If you are craving a cookie treat without doing the baking, there is a new shop in the same plaza called Dirty Dough. I suggest you give them a try.

I called on a Thursday at 1130am to refill a prescription. I show up at 5pm and they tell me it’s not ready. They are thoroughly understaffed with only one person working the register. Make sure you tell them your prescription is a rush to pickup even if you are picking it up much later!

So stressful to shop. All their weekly coupon deals are miscoded and not marked correctly at the store. None of the three items I added to my Jewel app worked so I was overcharged for the Kiwis and left the ground beef which was supposed to be $1.99 but I was charged $8.99. It took 10 mins to take it off my order and the cashier was rude about it making it sound like it was my mistake. Having a baby with me, I won’t be going back to this store. They are notorious for false advertising

Every time I use curbside pickup they mess up my order somehow, smash my bread and give me moldy fruit. I won’t shop at this jewel anymore, they put no care in customer service or the quality of food they sell to people.

48 piece fried chicken and a personalized cake for $80!!!! Staff was flexible, courteous, and caring. Definitely coming back for my party needs again. they also keep it very organized and stocked well too.

I only shop there for their deals as there are items there I like and can only get there. Their prices are not as bad as Whole foods but are much higher (10-15%) than Walmart for everyday items. Luckily, they are across the street from one another.
BEWARE- the 4U discounts are always wrong. Every time I go through the checkout, I have to verify that the prices are correct. Every time- one to 3 items did not take the coupon off. I get Zepbound prescription and a month ago my $1070 purchase did not receive the 1070 points. When I asked the Tech, she told me they would be there later that day. They never appeared and nobody in the store could help. I called their help line and was told they were put on. Those points are worth $20 off in groceries and these people were acting like it was 200. Very rude and would not listen. If they are going to run this program, run it right. Not saying to not shop here but be aware of their scam and don't pay till everything is correct. It's very aggravating to say the least.

This one star is for the staff selling balloons. She is very unfriendly and rude to customers. I bought balloons for my daughter's graduation party here around 3pm on Thursday. She was cleaning up the water on the ground, so I didn't disturb her. I chose and waited for her. After she finished cleaning, I asked her if there were any other styles of balloons. She told me that all the styles were here. In fact, there were many styles on a shelf next to her that were not yet inflated, but she didn't tell me. She looked very anxious and asked me if you wanted this balloon. She had a lot of work to do, and she had to go take out the garbage. I said I could wait. She took out the trash and came back, then she sighed at me and rolled her eyes, saying she was very busy. I said, then I'll choose this one, I thought it was just because of the accumulated water on the ground that I had a bad mood that day, so I kindly thanked her and left. But the balloon leaked after 2 hours because the party was on Friday, so I went back to the store at noon on Friday and wanted her to help me inflate it again. When I arrived at the store, I smiled and asked her if you still remember me. I bought the balloon yesterday, and she immediately said she didn't remember it. She has many customers every day, and she doesn't remember me. I said the balloon leaked, could you please help me inflate it again? She immediately shouted, "Did you put it outdoors?"? I said I didn't have it, and as soon as I got home, I took it into the room. She showed great helplessness and shook her head, sighing as she took the balloon over. She has been showing great impatience towards me these past two days, with an angry face and never a smile. I don't know if she discriminates against my poor English or if she treats other guests the same way. In short, she makes me feel very angry! Everyone goes to buy balloons because there is a party. The party is happy, but after seeing her, I don't have a happy mood to go to the party anymore. I originally planned to buy some balloons on Sunday Father's Day, but I don't want to go back to the store and see her again!
