I ran in to use the ATM tonight. After I put my card in, the machine said that it wasn’t able to offer any cash withdrawals. There was no sign on the machine, and the man standing behind the counter less than 5 feet away just stood there watching me. I thought I would get cash back at the register, because there was one item I needed. Naturally, Jewel didn’t have it. I went back to the bank counter at 6:04. They had just closed. No apologies, no earlier offers to help.

Very rude personnel, was trying to open checking account but they said they can’t do it because it’s last day of the week - Friday, seriously???
