My parents bank here. These female bankers have been so nice to my parents - especially my father - and sadly the gentleman who worked here who my dad adored, recently passed away.I would give them 5 stars but even thought they have an older clientele - for some reason this bank is the only bank I’ve ever experienced in the last couple decades that still fails to upgrade their entry to a power door for the handicapped. If you’re old, handicapped etc… and you don’t have a younger person to help you enter (I go with my parents to open the door for them ) - this is not the bank for you as they’ve been told many times and they’ve told their corporate office who apparently has decided that this is not important. Too bad as it’s very fixable and this has driven away more money in customers than the cost to do this expected service for all banks.

Sharda (the manager) refused to go the extra mile to help my 80 year old mother because the account was not opened at this location.

The worst customer service. Anna is the rudest banker I have ever met.I regret I started an account with them. They give only 4 days to pay a statement and then charge you a fee for late payment. After that, they charge you a new fee from an old fee. And saying then can do nothing on that.Ridiculous!!!!DON'T GO HERE!!!

I like fith third bank it a good bank. This branch is a disaster. The bank Banker that help me with my money transfer he was slow ? and seemed lost. This place needs help.

Absolutely horrible customer service. The bank made a mistake, I tried to resolve several times by calling, stopping by and talking to associates. After 2 weeks of waiting tried to call this branch and spoke to the Manager John, who clearly did not have time to listen to my explanation and before hanging up on me, shouted “Lady, I do not have time to argue”. I honestly have not had this kind of rude service in awhile. Was truly shocked.

I must say that I am pleasantly surprised with my experience at Fifth Third Bank based on other Google reviews at this location. John Gallagher is exemplary. He is informative, helpful and professional. I highly recommend this branch.

WHY, Why is it all I see here is complaints? Surely this bank exists and stays existing because the MAJORITY of patrons find value banking here.INSTANT GRATIFICATION only exists in short supply these days. Stop and smell the roses ....occasionally.
