The management was very nice and accommodating. My rooms toilet was broken when I checked in but they moved me to another room very quickly!
Now for the real deal! This hotel is a sanctuary for illegals and refugees! If you don’t mind people hanging out in the hallway at all hours of the night and families loitering in the lobby then go for it. The hotel constantly smelled like marijuana because they were literally out front smoking it by the front doors and side entrances! There needs to be a balance between being compassionate and shoving 6 people in a room and allowing them to hang out all over
Safety: I didn’t feel safe with people hanging out in the hallways late at night

I stayed at this location for a little over a year. Rooms are comfortable and the manager (Sydney [sp]), among others, have been fantastic and very helpful! Lots of good food to check out around as well as forest preserves.

No frills hotel with minimal amenities, but it is very clean, safe, and in a great area next door to Woodman's grocery store. The mini kitchen is lacking but functional for simple meals.

I was left in a pinch by Airbnb without a place to stay. Extended Stay America were fantastic about helping me find just what I needed. The staff were super friendly and incredibly helpful. The stay was relaxing and the location is amazing. So much to do so close. They even have the best grocery store I have ever seen right next door. I cannot wait to return again. Thank you for everything.

I am looking for a place to stay for 2 to 3 days while we're having work done on the house.
I looked up this location and just showed up here to see a room. I wanted to see how easy it would be for my mom to move around with her walker.
Loren at the front desk showed me a room and checked for availability at other locations.
While I was there a few of the guests came by and he greeted them by name.
There is a good atmosphere at this location!
