The room was clean had a broken light that won't be fixed until we left.

Room needed a few repairs but the won't get done during our stay.

I stayed at this location for a little over a year. Rooms are comfortable and the manager (Sydney [sp]), among others, have been fantastic and very helpful! Lots of good food to check out around as well as forest preserves.
