Not sure why they only have 2.8 stars, my experience was wonderful. I called they said 20 minutes an it was 20 minutes. 10 minutes later I was driving my car. The whole process was professional and courtesy. I highly recommend, thank you

Thank you to Earl this morning. My car wouldn't start. He checked the battery which was completely dead. It was very cold and the wind was blowing. He charged and check my battery which had 1 bad cell. He replaced my battery and I was able to get to work this morning. Thank you, Earl! ?
