I am long overdue in praising Dr. Scott Frank and his staff for their serious expertise before, during, and after my extensive ReVita Smile surgery in July 2022. I had bone loss and was slowly losing my teeth and previous individual implants over the years, with the complication of mandibular tori (bony growths in the bottom of my mouth which had to be removed) that prevented me from getting removable dentures, which I didn't want anyway. I was pretty depressed about about my long-term options. I can now smile and eat normally thanks to Dr. Frank's incredible skills, aided by highly competent technicians and staff. I can't imagine having gone to anyone else for this detailed, complicated procedure. In addition, I could not have done it without the encouragement, support, and participation of my dentist of 35 years, Dr. Donald Kipper. Thanks to you all.

Dr. Frank and the entire team, from the front office on through to surgery is what healthcare should be. Everyone I've worked with is professional, courteous and most importantly consciencious in everything they do to provide the very best care. I was nervous going in because of some terrible implant and denture experiences with other "dentists" Got lots of helpful information, which helped me feel comfortable that i was in the hands of a professional Dr and staff with tons of experience.11/15Financing and office staff are amazing. I recommend! Layla and Dr Frank are super! Surgery went very well. Follow up shows everything healing beautifully.

In the past 7 years or so that I’ve been seeing Dr. Frank, I had two tooth extractions and one implant. Each time, the procedure was explained and I experienced very little discomfort. The price of the procedure was always clear from the beginning. The staff is welcoming, friendly and professional. I would recommend Dr. Frank to anyone contemplating tooth extraction or dental implants.

I cannot say enough wonderful things. I was so afraid to get my first implant. I had an extraction and bone graft and implant. In my case Dr. Frank was able to do it all in one day. It was painless, no swelling, no bruising! I only took two Tylenol just in case that night but didn’t even need to. Place is immaculate. People are kind and helpful. Dr. and state of the art equipment were amazing! I’m so grateful they made everything seamless and so far just waiting to put crown on I’ve had zero problems!! Thank you Dr. Frank and staff. Anna R.

Be careful of this practice. I went for a consultation for an implant and as part of the consultation they did an X-ray of my mouth. I was never told in advance the cost of this X-ray which ended up being over $400. Had I known that prior to having it I never would have agreed to it. $400 for a consultation is outrageous. Make sure to get all your costs upfront.

5-Star experience! From the start, the team at North Shore Smile Surgery were fantastic! Anna was great, walking me through the entire process and explained everything clearly. It really put me at ease and before I knew it, I was at home recovering from the procedure! The whole experience was quick and painless. I HIGHLY recommend going to Dr. Frank! He is simply unmatched. Dr. Frank and his team of professionals are simply the best! About 18 months ago, I had a problem with my lower partial denture that required the services of an oral surgeon. My dentist recommended Dr. Frank and I am glad he did. From my first office visit at North Shore Smile Surgery to the day I left the office with my "new" implant supported full lower denture, Dr. Frank and his team made me feel at ease, discussed cost options, explained the process and most importantly assured me that when the day came to perform the surgery and set the implants, I would leave the office with the denture in-place! Bottom line, everything proceeded exactly as explained to me and there were absolutely no surprises.What really impressed me is Dr. Frank and Lela (Office Mgr.) gave me their cell phone numbers to call should I have an problems during the recovery period after the surgery. I did have an occasion to call Lela that weekend and she assured me that what I was going through was normal post surgery events but told me to call with any concerns.Fast forward to 18 months after the surgery, I was having some bleeding from under the denture, called the office and the next day I was seen by Joe (new to the practice as a dental technician but as a vendor he helped Dr. Frank with my original surgery). Joe found / corrected the immediate problem (a piece of peanut became lodged under the denture). As a permanent fix, he had me come back in later that week so he could take an impression of my gum line, reline the denture so that the spacing between by gum and denture is closed up so that situation doesn't reoccur and the was no change with a simple statement by Joe of, "We want to make sure it's right!"If you should find that you require the services of an oral surgeon, I would highly recommend Dr. Frank!

Excellent experience - quick and painless removal of 4 wisdom teeth. The medicine regimen helped me get back almost painless in about 2 days. Scheduling and procedure was professional and quick. Really excellent service.

My appointment was scheduled for 12:30. I was called at 12:45. I tech put a topical in my mouth and then I waited. A tech came in to check on me at some point. The topical had worn off. The doctor came in around 2:00. A topical was given again. The doctor tested the two implants which were in the acceptable rang, then he numbed my mouth. A few minutes later he uncovered one implant and stitched up my mouth. I left the office around 2:15. I had an appointment later in the afternoon which I was able to make, but I didn’t know it while I was waiting for over an hour. Perhaps there was an emergency, but no one told me.I felt as if I was unimportant. I had already paid for your services, so I guess I didn’t matter.I came to your practice on the recommendation of my dentist. I’ll tell him about my experience. I wouldn’t recommend you to anyone.

Dr.Frank is just a wonderful caring genuine person. Explained everything to me in detail, definitely didn't leave me wondering about any aspect of the procedure. Staff is professional and also carrying and kind. Especially Lela Grubisich. Finance young lady was very good to me.and I know that she will be kinder to me. With working with me to sharpen her pencil and get me a better deal ! She knows something is better than nothing, and to help out a fellow American Dream seems to be her way . We all need to be proud of are smile and I feel in my heart she and Dr. Frank will help me out. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart ❤️
