I like this store, it is located in a convenient location. There is always a place where you can park your car. Large range of products at low prices. I always buy some kind of toy for my little daughter here. The goods are displayed well and neatly. The store staff is very polite and pleasant to talk to.

The Asian guy that checked me out literally sighed heavily like I was bothering him three times while checking me out. Once I used the Apple Pay it said waiting on cashier while he played with the next customers plate that they were purchasing. I didn’t want to see anything because he was clearly bothered by me and I didn’t know if the system was just slow. Once he noticed, he said it declined. I opened my bank to transfer more money and he very snottily said “take your time” again like I was burdening him. No, they weren’t busy either.

I was there today and the asian cashier was really rude she yelled at my daughter because she wasn't loud enough i definitely won't comeback there's other locations with better employees and I noticed there's several people complaining and no ones does anything about this

My daughter came home from school in tears saying that someone had stolen her stuff. I had asked her what happened and she said that during her study hall she went to the Dollar store to get a card for her brother, but when she walked in she was greeted with a staff member yelling at her to put her belongings at the front enterance. After my daughter checked out she noticed her bag was gone so she asked the employee ( who was supposed to be keeping an eye on it) if anybody had taken her bag. The employee then told my daughter that its HER fault for not being careful and that it wasnt the cashiers responsibility for keeping eye on students bags. That employee should be fired and that dumb bag policy should be removed immediatly!

First time shopping here and costumer service is terrible. Cashier named William was very rude. As I was waiting in line a girl in front of me asked him how to use Apple Pay. Which he rudely reply’s just tap it there! So whatever I went on and ignored his rude attitude. So I’m next in line mind you I’m with my baby. While he’s in his stroller my little one starts to cry but mind you we are leaving the store. Cashier William then shouts “shhh be quiet” to my little one. The customer in front of me and I just looked at each other confused as to what just happened. I left the store and didn’t say anything. I don’t know if he’s completely all there or just is plain rude. We were all once small children and as many can understand babies get upset and cranky. Was just a very rude comment of him.

Customer service is not existing in this store. First time in my life I heard that I should go to the other register because person who came help with long line in not main cashier.I wish I could be able to put zero stars.

I was going for one pan and came out with 20 more items than expected, kind of like Target but without spending hundreds. Store is well organized, clean, has friendly helpful staff and can find almost anything you're looking for so it's convenient to have only one place to get most of what you need- gas saver which is a plus with gas prices rising!!! Ohhh not to mention they have the cutest holiday decor for every occasion and even any party!

Hello must share that Janet the cashier and the manager gave (racist customer service.) Janet did not greet me as an equally treated customer she literally greeted a white customer standing behind me.The first thing she asked me was not about my store experience but am I going to pay for everything in my cart or not. She could easily see I was distracted with my 2 year old who was tossing items from my cart unto the floor before I had a chance to finish loading items on the belt.And Janet is already doing a great job at stealing revenue from the store considering her her unfriendly job performance.The previous 1 star review from anothercustomer name Alish is referring to Janet she is the old woman with short gray hair.Watch how you treat people God is watching. And you never know if a member from corporate is in the store.
