I have had to call 5 or 6 times to get my infusion medication delivered. I was at Optum pharmacy services..but this “case manager” Jennifer Taylor keeps dropping the ball on it!!! I even had to call the pharmacist on duty and ask what’s going on and he told me that he’s had to get after her with a few other patients. This is NOT acceptable for people like me that depend on this medication to be able to get out of bed!!! I wish we could change back to the good pharmacy services we had before.

This company is a shining beacon of light in the health care industry. I have used them for nearly three years for filling an orphan drug. But they are so much more. You have access to a large team of knowledgeable and caring pharmacists who will dialogue with you as long as you need in order to help best answer any medication questions you may have. The care team is always helpful, and, well, yes caring. The hold times are short, and hey, even the hold music is pretty decent. This company has a written philosophy and it's clear they and their employees live by it.

If I could give this place no stars I would. The level of incompetence every time I talk to them is shocking. Every time I call it's like the first time all over again. Can't believe they're still in business.
