Pharmacists are good. Unfortunately, assistants are unpleasant in manner and tone. Work quality is poor (misinformation and clerical errors). Customers are treated as if they are an interruption or inconvenience. Overall poor customer service.

Pharmacy 1/5They will just put your prescription on hold without telling you anything. Then it's impossible to fix, requiring you to go ask your doctor to send in a new one. Avoid this pharmacy location at all costs.Store 5/5The store is nice tho.

The pharmacy is excellent. They’re patient and kind, even to folks who are pretty intense that I’ve seen while waiting in line. They’ve always gone above and beyond to help me with my prescriptions.

Great clinic. But horrible pharmacy. Went to clinic and used pharmacy because right there and they said it was 5 min. 45 min later still waiting with a kid trying not to throw up.

The pharmacist, Tina, was very very helpful in getting a partial Rx filled when the dr's office messed the order up. She was understanding, calm, informative, and willing to help. Nice to see people like this still exist.

This place is TERRIBLE. Waiting in line for the pharmacy, I was ignored for 45 mins while the pharmacists gossiped to each other. Once I finally got help, I was told they didnt even have my prescription. Another time, they gave me my prescription with another persons name on the label. Also, when I had complications with a certain brand of my meds and asked for the other brand they continued to give me the wrong one. Im currently sick and need two medications to help me feel better yet it's been delayed. NEVER GO HERE!

My experience at CVS was positive. The vaccination process was well and hygienic , and the fact that it was located inside a Target store made it convenient. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my visit. I had made an appointment for my COVID vaccination, and they were punctual and efficient in administering it. The integration of the CVS vaccination center within the Target store added to the convenience of my visit, as I could do some shopping while I was there. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant experience, and I would recommend this CVS location for anyone looking to get their COVID vaccination with the assurance of good organization and friendly staff.

The pharmacy is very understaffed. Most of times we had to spend 30-45 minutes just to get refills. The staff does not pay too much attention to customer needs. Often staff is unprofessional . We have used CVS Pharmacy for many years. But Buffalo Grove CVS is the worst pharmacy. Keep away from it if you want to avoid long waiting lines and stress.
