Have been with State Farm for years now but I must say the customer service I receive from Tiffany is great along with all the other add-ons she is able to address when upgrading or adding to the existing policy. Our previous agent left the industry (which was a good thing) and our policies were transferred to Cesar's office. Tiffany has been incredible. She reached out right away to handle things that the previous agent was supposed to do and did not. She is very responsive within the day typically. Her proactivity is off the charts. Happy and confident with her handling things.

Tiffany D. was very helpful and resourceful. She helped me weigh the benefits and costs of different insurance plans and ensured that I got all the coverages that I needed for a price that I was happy about. When I first moved to Illinois, I had a bunch of complicated issues, and Tiffany, along with her office, absolutely nailed everything. Needed to transfer my car? No problem. Trying to buy a new car? Added quickly and without a hitch. When Carvana continued to delay my car, give me the run around and postpone my car delivery for nearly four months? Tiffany again proved that she'd make my life easier and less stressful on the insurance.Divine levels of patience, understanding and witty banter, it felt more like dealing with a family friend than an insurance rep, and I'm honestly looking forward to staying with Tiffany and her office for a VERY long time. Absolutely amazing service, knowledgeable and above and so well beyond the call of duty, she made the nightmare that was my car buying process much easier. Couldn't have asked for a better experience with the State Farm.
