Talked to them on the phone, did drive there for an estimate , got there 24 minutes before closing but refused to take a look at my car because "is late".
On the phone I told them I'm going to be there 25 minutes before closing. I asked who was answered the phone? Two guys at the front end told me that only they answer the phone. I showed them my phone with my call log proving I talked to one of them 35 minutes before! Both denying talking on the phone with me. Just lying like that to my face while showing them my phone with the call log... it shows what kind of people are there at the front end taking care of the customers.

They did a pretty good job with my Nissan rogue 21!! :) Every time I would call to check on the car they would kindly answer all my questions. While we wait they would give my kids something they could be entertained with. Thank you for your service!

CDE did a great job completing the repair work on my car through Geico insurance. Though their commutation and updates on the repair process could become better and more prompt.
They cleaned the entire car nicely before delivering it to me. Appreciated that a lot.

Amazing!! If you’re looking for a place to get your car fixed. Cde is the place to go. The staff is amazing. They are very polite and communicative. They kept me updated every step of the way. Jesse made my car look new again, not only the damage but the inside as well. If you’re looking for a place to take care of your baby, don’t hesitate!

They did a great job fixing the car & keeping me posted. My only minor complaint is it took longer to repair the car than I would have liked, but this may true anywhere you take your car.

After getting my car 30 days later, I noticed a few days ago falling- down string on the backseat is disappeared. So I stop by today and solved the issue but they never said sorry for the happening.
