One of the biggest reasons why I've stuck to my fitness routine is the incredible atmosphere at APX Gym. From the moment I walked through those doors, I was greeted with warmth and positivity. The friendly vibes here are contagious, making every workout session feel like a reunion with friends. ?But it's not just the atmosphere that keeps me coming back; it's the exceptional guidance and expertise of our trainer, Chris. ? His dedication to helping us achieve our fitness goals is truly inspiring. Whether it's pushing us to our limits during intense workouts or providing valuable advice on nutrition, Chris always goes above and beyond to ensure we're on the right track. ?I can't express enough how grateful I am for the support and encouragement I've received from the APX Gym community. Together, we've celebrated milestones, conquered challenges, and created memories that will last a lifetime. ?

My daughter and her teammates from her girls travel hockey team visited and learned about proper fitness training for an athlete. Very clean, easily accessible and plenty of parking. We certainly will return.

Fitness has always been a part of my life and I know myself to know I need to be around people to workout! I wasn't being challenged enough at another gym and at the urging of a few friends, I came to APX. It was very different than any gym that I had ever been to. Chris and everyone there was extremely welcoming which is a big plus obviously. I feel like I am challenged every day. I like how you know what you are walking into with the workouts, for example, I always know that Monday is upper body, Wednesday/Sunday are always leg days. I need that routine. I have seen a change in my body in the almost two months I have been there. Again, I am challenged and the workouts are hard but when I leave, I feel awesome! I am happy I made the switch because I love it there!

Love working out at this gym! I feel like I have come a long way in my journey in my weight life Journey! Staff are very energetic, very caring of your needs. The environment is pleasing.

I have been going here for over a year. The workouts are more strenuous and effective than franchise-type places. Great community as well; no judgements and very supportive.

I came to APX at the urging of a friend, I am so glad I did! I had been going to a bargain gym. I would mull around using one machine after another, didn't know what I was doing, not very motivated. At APX you follow a plan, targeting different muscle groups (some muscles I didn't even know I had). After 2 months of twice a week, I look and feel, all around, so much better. I'm stepping it up to 3 -4 times a week now! The trainers here do not waste your time, it's fast paced, they start you on time and you work right up to the hour. Everyone is friendly and helpful, no showboating or egos. Great place, great people!

I LOVE this gym! The workouts are different every day and they are all great. The staff is incredible! They motivate you through every workout and modify when you aren’t able to do a certain workout. They’ve created a family environment. Highly recommend!

Truly a great workout experience from beginning to advanced. Chris and Mel are very motivational and create awesome classes everyday. Their positive vibes have also helped create a great community feel where everyone is kind and welcoming. Definitely one of the best gyms you’ll find.

Coming from an athletic background I struggled to find a gym to keep me in shape. I tried xsport but found myself unmotivated to get there and do my own workouts. I thought maybe a group workout would be better so I tried Orange Theory. Which was fun, until I came to realize my body was plateauing and all the workouts were the same 4 things. APX is my game changer!! It's a large gym, group classes, amazing members that encouraged me the whole workout and finally, a gym that meets my needs as an ex-athlete!!! The trainers here are not only EXTREMELY knowledgeable, they are so helpful before/after/during workouts. Chris and Mel genuinely care for their members and it shows daily. The energy here is one that'll be sure to get you movingSince starting at APX, I feel like I walk into a place that challenges me daily. I love that every class i've attended was unique and I have yet to "copy" a workout we've already done. I highly recommend this place to literally anyone!! They cater to all ages, body types/abilities.

APX is the best workout facility in the area hands down!! The facility itself is new & clean. A kitchen, showers, tons of equipment!! Every class is different. No boredom here. I have been a member for almost a year & am constantly being challenged!! The community is wonderful, supportive & fun! We have a good time while getting our butts kicked!! HUGE shout out to the coaches Mel & Chris. They are encouraging & know how to push you to your limits. I had a knee replaced last year & they are a huge part of my recovery!!! They modified my workouts & knew when it was time to kick it up a notch!! This place is for EVERYONE!!! They provide a free week trial so there is nothing to lose, but soooo much to gain!!!

I have been to every type of group fitness studio/gym that you can think of and APX is simply the best. The facility and equipment are brand new and impeccably maintained. They also offer tons of class options and times. New clients get an entire week free so you have literally nothing to lose by trying!The coaches are friendly and inviting; they make you feel like part of the group as do the other people in class. It is a group fitness format but everything can be modified and the coaches give several different options for each exercise, so it is truly inclusive of all ability levels. However, they spend time with each member and get to know you, so you will be pushed!I have been a member for several months and I have yet to repeat the same class-so much variety and each day is something new that challenges you in a different way. This mixed with the high energy of the coaches and members makes you want to come back every day. All of this plus amazing playlists and showers with excellent water pressure-signed, sealed, delivered! The best there is.

APX has changed the way I think about working out from cardio to leg day. I love how they focus on something different every day and still a surprise to me week after week. During these trying times with COVID 19, they have been innovative to take time to make sure we are all working out via the platforms that we can all have access to and coming up with fun ways to still compete/play games that challenge us. Working out keeps me sane and I owe that all to the best trainers I have ever had, Chris and Mel!
